He is originally from Bengaluru, India, and has spent three decades working in development, with organisations such as Oxfam and Save the Children. His first walk was from Oxford to Copenhagen, to raise awareness on climate change in 2009. He has walked 40 million steps since then. He sings, speaks and acts on his walks.
