النشرة العلميةأوّل إجلاء اضطراري تعرفه محطّة الفضاء الدولية في تاريخها... ماذا حصل ؟عناوين النشرة العلمية : - طاقم مهمة "كرو-11" عاد اضطراريا من محطة الفضاء الدولية في سابقة إجلاء تاريخية - القمر الصناعي الجزائري AlSat-3A يدخل المدار بنجاح بفضل صاروخ صينيّ حامل من طراز " Longue Marche 2C " - دلتا النيل تعدّ من بين أكثر دلتاوات العالم تعرضا لمخاطر هبوط الأرض نفسها بسبب مشكلة صحية تعرّض لها أحد أعضاء طاقم مهمة "كرو-11"، عاد أربعة رواد فضاء من محطّة الفضاء الدولية إلى الأرض بعد أن اضطروا إلى إنهاء مهلة إقامتهم فيها في أوّل إجلاء يحصل في تاريخ المحطة المدارية قبل موعد التناوب التالي الذي كان مقرّرا في منتصف شباط/فبراير المقبل. بفضل كبسولة دراغون التابعة لشركة سبايس إكس التي هبطت في المحيط الهادئ قبالة سواحل كاليفورنيا، حطّت على الأرض أقدام رائدي الفضاء الأميركيين Mike Fincke و Zena Cardman والروسي Oleg Platonov والياباني Kimiya Yui بدون أن تُعرف هوية رائد الفضاء المعني بالمشكلة الصحّية مع تأكيد وكالة الناسا أنّ العودة المبكرة للطاقم لم تكن إجلاء طارئا، بل قرارا صائبا ومدروسا لإتاحة إجراء الفحوصات الطبية اللازمة على الأرض حيث تتوفّر جميع الإمكانيات التشخيصية. بعد رحيل طاقم مهمّة "Crew-11"، يسكن حاليا في محطّة الفضاء الدولية ثلاثة روّاد فضاء هم الأميركي Chris Williams والروسيين Sergey Kud-Sverchkov و Sergei Mikaev. هؤلاء الثلاثة يواصلون القيام بالعمليات الروتينية للحفاظ على المختبر الفضائي في المدار بانتظار مهمّة Crew 12. أمّا الرواد الأربعة الذين عادوا إلى الأرض أبكر ممّا كان مخطّطا فأنجزوا على متن محطّة الفضاء الدولية سلسلة أبحاث علمية. ركّزت إحدى دراساتهم الرئيسية على إنتاج ونموّ الخلايا الجذعية في بيئة انعدام الجاذبية محاولين فهم ما إذا كانت الخلايا الجذعية بإمكانها النمو بكميات أكبر أو بجودة أفضل مما هي عليه على الأرض، الأمر الذي قد يُحدث ثورة في الطب التجديدي لعلاج أمراض مثل أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية والأمراض التنكسية العصبية. تضمّنت المهمة تجارب لدراسة هندسة الأنسجة البيولوجية المعقّدة وتحديدًا نماذج الكبد البشري المُوعّى بالأوعية الدموية بهدف معرفة ما إذا كانت هذه الأنسجة التي تُزرع في المدار تُظهر بنية ووظيفة أقرب إلى أنسجة الإنسان الحقيقية، مما قد يُساعد في تصميم علاجات جديدة لأمراض الكبد أو إنتاج أنسجة لعمليات زرع مستقبلية. كُلِّفَ طاقم المهمة الحادية عشرة (Crew-11) أيضًا بتطوير قدرات متقدمة لمعالجة البيانات على متن المركبة الفضائية، بهدف تحسين التحليل العلمي الفوري بدلًا من إرسال جميع البيانات إلى الأرض. كما أنّ الطاقم العائد إلى الأرض قام بتجارب التخمير وإنتاج المغذيات التي من شأنها أن تبقي رواد الفضاء على قيد الحياة خلال رحلات الفضاء طويلة الأمد. في مجال علم الأحياء الأساسي اللازم للزراعة الفضائية، ركّزت تجارب مهمّة Crew-11 على انقسام الخلايا في النباتات والطحالب لفهم كيفية تأثير انعدام الجاذبية على العمليات البيولوجية الأساسية إذا ما علمنا أنّ المعلومات المُكتسبة بشأن الزراعة الفضائية ستساعد في إقامة مستعمرات بشرية على سطح القمر أو المريخ تكون مستقلّة في تأمين مصادرها الغذائية. رابع قمر صناعي لرصد الأرض يضاف إلى سجلّ الجزائر الفضائي في إطار تدعيم وتطوير قدرات الجزائر في مجال المراقبة الفضائية، وتجسيدا للشراكة بين الوكالة الفضائية الجزائرية والشركة الصينية للعلوم والتقنيات الجوفضائية، وصل إلى المدار القمر الصناعي الجزائري AlSat-3A بعدما أرسلته الصين من مركز جيوتشيوان لإطلاق الأقمار الصناعية من شمال غرب البلاد، مستخدمةً الصاروخ الحامل من طراز "لونج مارش-2 سي". يعتبر AlSat-3A قمراً صناعياً عالي الدقة مخصّصاً لـ الاستشعار عن بعد (Remote Sensing). وتتمثل مهامه الرئيسية في تكوين النماذج الرقمية للارتفاعات ورسم الخرائط للتخطيط العمراني ومراقبة المحاصيل الزراعية وتقدير الإنتاجية وإدارة الموارد المائية. تتمثّل المهام الرئيسية لهذا القمر الجزائري في تكوين النماذج الرقمية للارتفاعات ورسم الخرائط للتخطيط العمراني ومراقبة المحاصيل الزراعية وتقدير الإنتاجية وإدارة الموارد المائية. تجدر الإشارة إلى أن الجزائر عرفت سنة 2002 إطلاق أول قمر صناعي لرصد الأرض Alsat-1 ليليها Alsat-2A وAlsat-2B سنتي 2010 و2016. ماذا سيكون مصير دلتا النيل بالنظر إلى هبوط الأرض فيها ؟ دلتا النيل، القلب الزراعي المصري، حيث يعيش عشرات الملايين من السكان تواجه خطر هبوط الأرض نفسها تحت أقدام السكّان في ظاهرة تتسارع بفعل النشاط البشري وتغير ا

صحتكم تهمنامتى ستتحقّق "مناعة القطيع" بفضل اللقاحات للخروج من الأزمة الصحيّة الخانقة للأنفاس؟ هل سيطول الأمر ؟من الصعب التنبؤ بدقّة عن التوقيت الزمني لإحقاق وتوسيع رقعة البشر الحاصلين على التحصين الجماعي (مناعة القطيع) في سبيل تضييق الخناق على فيروس الكورونا Sars-CoV-2 وربح المعركة عليه بالخروج من النفق المظلم. على الرغم من التقدّم البطيء بحملات التطعيم ضدّ مرض الكوفيد-19، اعتبر خبراء منظمّة الصحّة العالمية أنّ مناعة القطيع لن تتحقّق في عام 2021 مع أنّ اللقاحات بدأت تقي الفئات العمرية الحسّاسة وذات الوضع الصحّي الحرج. للوصول للتحصين الجماعي إمّا عبر اللقاحات إما عبر ترك فيروس فتّاك أو قاتل ينتشر بين البشر بلا روادع وبلا إكتراث لمستويات الوفيات العالية، نحتاج إلى أن تصل عتبة الحاصلين على الأجسام المضادة إلى مستويات مئوية عالية ضمن شعوب العالم. هذه العتبة تناهز 70% كحدود وسطية للمناعة الجماعية التي تتبدّل من مرض لآخر. ففي مرض "الحصبة" المعدي الذي هو بالإنكليزية Measles وبالفرنسية Rougeole، تمّت المناعة الجماعية حينما وصلت عتبة سكّان العالم الحاصلين على اللقاحات إلى نسبة 95%. أمّا في مرض "شلل الأطفال" الذي هو بالإنكليزية Poliomyelitis تحقّقت المناعة الجماعية حينما وصلت عتبة سكّان العالم الحاصلين على اللقاحات الواقية منه إلى 80% تقريبا. في إطار جائحة الكوفيد-19، أشار الخبراء إلى أنّ مناعة القطيع قد نصل إليها حينما تصل عتبة الحاصلين على اللقاحات من شعوب سكان العالم إلى نسبة مئوية تتراوح بين 50 و 60%. لذا، ستظلّ حملات التطعيم مستمرة على أبعد تقدير إلى عام 2023. هذا واقتضى التوضيح بأنّ لا شيء يضمن في الأفق البعيد أن تكون كفاءة المناعة الجماعية عالية في التصدّي الطويل لفيروس الكورونا الذي يتكيّف ويتبدّل وهو آخذ بالتطوّر من خلال الطفرات والسلالات المنبثقة من النسخة الأصلية. بالعودة إلى مؤتمر صحافي عقده Mike Ryant، المدير التنفيذي للبرامج الطارئة في منظمة الصحّة العالمية بتاريخ 13 أبريل/نيسان من عام 2020، جاء على لسانه بأنّ " الانسان عقب تلقّيه لقاح فيروس الكورونا أو عقب التقاطه العدوى الطبيعية، يكتسب أجساما مضادّة تحميه لفترة زمنية، إنَّما لا نستطيع تحديد عدد السنوات التي يظلّ خلالها محميّا بفضل هذه الأجسام المضادة، بما أنّنا نواجه فيروسا جديدا لا نعرف عنه كلّ شيء إلى حدّ اليوم. دون أن ننسى هنا أن قلّة قليلة من البشر الذين تأكّدوا من التقاطهم للفيروس عبر نتائج فحوصاتهم الإيجابية بشأن حملهم الفيروسي، طوَّرت مناعتهم أجساما مضادّة تحميهم على المدى الطويل. في سبيل تحقيق أهداف "مناعة القطيع" ووقف الارتباك العالمي الحاصل جرّاء الأزمة الصحيّة، تزداد الحاجة إلى تضافر جهود الحكومات في سباق حملات التطعيم واسعة النطاق. بموازاة هذا الأمر، تزداد الحاجة إلى تعزيز الثقة بمأمونيّة اللقاحات وتسريع عجلة الإنتاج لحلّ مشكلة نقصها من السوق. تعزيزا للثقة الضعيفة بلقاح AstraZeneca، حذت الوكالة الأوروبية للأدوية البارحة حذو منظمة الصحة العالمية التي سبق وأن أوصت الأربعاء بمواصلة استخدام لقاح شركة AstraZeneca. علماً أن مديرة الوكالة الأوروبية للأدوية ايمر كوك أكدت أنها ما زالت "مقتنعة تماماً" بأن منافع لقاح أسترازينيكا تفوق مخاطره. جاء هذا الكلام على خلفيّة أنّ لقاح AstraZeneca يتسبّب في بعض الحالات النادرة جدا بحوادث خثرات دموية. يخوض عدد كبير من الدول سباقا حقيقيا مع الزمن لمحاربة الفيروس من بينها فرنسا التي تواجه ارتفاعاً في عدد الإصابات في باريس ومنطقتها.وللمساعدة على إعادة الثقة بلقاح أسترازينيكا الذي بحسب استطلاع للرأي لا يعتبره موثوقاً إلا 22 في المئة من الفرنسيين، قال رئيس الوزراء الفرنسي جان كاستيكس إنه مستعدّ لأن يتلقاه ما إن تتمّ إعادة استخدامه. فيما أقامت البارحة إيطاليا مراسم تكريم لأكثر من 103 آلاف شخص توفوا جرّاء فيروس كورونا في بيرغامو (شمال البلاد)، بلغت حصيلة الوفيات في البرازيل 284,775 وفاة في هذا البلد الذي يعدّ 212 مليون نسمة، ما يجعله ثاني أكثر الدول تضرّراً من جائحة الكورونا بعد الولايات المتحدة الأميركية.أمّا في الأردن فتخطّت حصيلة الإصابات بفيروس الكورونا يوم الأربعاء الفائت نصف مليون اصابة، حسبما أعلنت وزارة الصحة الاردنية. وأفادت الوزارة عن تسجيل 9535 إصابة جديدة الاربعاء الفائت ما يرفع إجمالي عدد الاصابات إلى 504915 ، أي نحو 5 بالمئة من عدد السكان البالغ قرابة 10 ملايين نسمة. علما أنّ الأردن سجلّ 56 حالة وفاة يوم الأربعاء الفائت ليرتفع إجمالي عدد الوفيات جراء وباء الكوفيد-19 في هذا البلد الى 5553 وفاة. وكان أشار وزير الدولة لشؤون الإعلام صخر دودين الأربعاء إلى أنّ "الوضع الوبائي مقلق، وقدرة النظام الصحي للتعامل مع أعداد الإصابات الكبيرة أصبحت على المحك".من جهة العراق، سج
