Basically set this up for a push 3 long form jam. Next step are a few performance-minded macros. Should be good for hours! Mercifully you've got about 3 minutes here.

Grabbed and pitched a random, old melodic loop; played a very long bass run and looped the best part; fired up the alpha juno-2, playing 3 or 4 melodic runs in a few registers, looping the best part of these; added 2 percussion loops and a kick loop; added an arp track; added some modular style frenetic effects to taste.

Fed that thru the mackie 1202 (just a bit of delay and reverb on the sends) and then to the morphagene, which I am only starting to really understand. Then sent it thru the Mimeophon and Qpass (smilepass mode). Added a bit of movement via Maths then back to Ableton.
Lastly, played some bass thru the Roland RE-301, which is the best of the space echos! That's about it.

i was there. and i was listening.One Missing Live Take 1Started with a dub techno chord patch I've been working on. Added a couple of short bass guitar loops, pretty basic kick and percussion, a strat and-a-chuk, and the greatest patch ever syth bass 1 from the greatest juno, the alpha juno, vial the tal-pha plugin (which is indistinguishable). And under all of this, a drone from a make noise tape & microsound music machine. All run thru the humble mackie 1202 with some boss reverb.

This week I switched back around to a trusty mackie 1202 and my original scarlett 2i2. All sounding really good. A little noisy, but who cares these days.
Started with a 57 on all the birds outside this am. Added a cr-78-ish beat via the tr6s. Arp from the mopho. Fed these thru the mackie with boss delay and reverb on the aux channels. Added bass guitar, some almost dub chuck keys (analog), shimmer strat, and farted around w/ the new akai dub siren plug in.
Nice mix of analog, live instruments, and the computer!2024-04-2106 mini was there. and i was listening.Targets take 2A drone from a few days ago (system-1 (aria) into an old mackie 1202 with a boss delay feedback loop--connected about 70% correctly). These mixers sound so great. Fed it back thru with a simple op-1 e-piano arp. This combo always works well, easily. Almost nothing going on here.

Recorded acoustic guitar and dulcimer (in d) into the op1 tape loop with some other reverb. Then fed that thru the morphagene > mimeophon--looooong loop. Played bass over this. And then went outside and recorded some nice birds with computer mic. Had a nice fader jam. This one started as a 1 or 2 bar op1 loop on top of another op1 loop. Then I threw the kitchen sink at it, including my kind-of booger make noise micro tape machine. Melodics are op1 tape loops brought back into ableton. All manner of everything used. Samples, the mic, fx, synths etc.
