韓國禁止日本核災縣份水產品輸入 獲得 WTO 承認不違反 WTO 會員互惠原則韓國因為宣布 311 福島核災之後包括福島縣在內的 8 個縣的水產品禁止輸入，其他非水產品進口也同步進行嚴格審查，這個決定引起日方反彈，日本政府在 2015 年向總部在瑞士日內瓦的 WTO 提訴，在 WTO 第一次小委員會審議的結果，要求韓國必須修正禁止令，但是韓方不服向 WTO 上級委員會提出最後裁判訴訟。結果昨天 WTO 上級委員會裁決日方敗訴，也就是說允許韓國持續禁止日本包括福島在內 8 個縣份的水產品輸入韓國。
由於 WTO 對於會員國之間的糾紛採取二審制度，所以上級委員會這次的判決，也算是 WTO 對於韓國禁止日本核災區食品進口的最後裁判。日本福島核災發生之後，除了韓國以外有 54 個國家與地區限制核災縣份的農林水產品進口，即便到現在還有 23 個國家地區持續限制中。2019-04-1202 min
