When was the last time you took a moment to breathe? Taking moments throughout the day to simply breathe is a great way to de-stress.  Tracey Ulshafer, owner of One Yoga & Wellness Center, talks to Sabrina and I about the benefits of meditation and yoga.  This is a previous interview that appeared on our show, "The Life 2.0 Show".  But given all that we are currently going through, I wanted to provide it to you as a podcast.   1. Commit to you-schedule time for yoga/meditation.
  2. Start simple and gradually add time to your practice.
  3. Seek reputable teachers with integrity and experience.
  4. Practice, practice, practice…and then practice some more.
  5. The journey never ends-keep seeking!
