這一集，我訪問了THOC (The Heart of Coaching,台灣翻譯為夥伴教練心關係)的創始者Thomas G. Crane。2013年，我在美國聖地牙哥開始與Tom的合作旅程，多年來，他的書與精神透過台灣，大陸的二天工作坊或是五天認證課展開，經由組織內的領導人，外部引導師，教練，顧問們一點一滴的推展進入組織內。因此，邀請他在新系列「組織中的教練」成為首位與談嘉賓，別具意義。

30多年前，教練也才開始流行不久，他如何察覺到組織內的教練和外部專業教練需要有不同手法？

因少了一枚釘子，馬蹄鐵掉了；

這一切只因缺少了一枚馬蹄釘。
💬最後我邀請Tom分享他的經驗智慧，他的靈感來自上面那首詩，改編如下：
For the want of feedback, residue accumulated between people. Because residue built up Trust was lost. For the want of trust, working together became difficult Since working together became tedious, decisions were avoided For the one I'm making decisions The business failed. All for the want of feedback.

因缺乏回饋，人與人之間積累了隔閡；
因為隔閡加深，信任消失了；
因為缺乏信任，合作變得困難；
因為合作變得繁瑣，決策被迴避；

2025-02-2025 minCoach可能想知道EP15 | 《教練核心能力系列》Effie教練來談談教練會談中的「保持臨在」，也就是ICF核心能力的第五個能力：Maintain Presence在教練實踐中，核心能力的展示不是單獨發生，而是多個能力的相互交織。例如當我們全神貫注於與客戶的對話時，很可能同時體現出多種核心能力。這就像身體的運作，某一部位的動作往往牽動多塊肌肉的協同工作。教練的核心能力以自然流露的方式展現，而非刻意強調或追求框架的規則感。
在ICF的核心能力中，我認為Maintain presence「保持臨在」特別關鍵。它強調教練應以全局的方式看待客戶，包括他們的文化、背景、價值觀、經驗、性別、信仰等多元面向。 同時，教練在會談中的自在，彈性，開放，好奇，都是能以平等的合作關係支持客戶的重要基礎。

Coach可能想知道EP4 | 《教練核心能力系列》Effie教練 - 考試心得分享 ICF credential exam8月23日上午，Effie剛遠端考完試，決定立馬錄下這集，並且在預定更新日加碼放送，熱騰騰端上最即時的分享。
Effie提到，過去當有人問她這個考試如何準備時，她當時的回答都是「無法準備，就帶著實力去考」，但最近她發現其實還是有些「心和腦的預備」是可做的。
這一集的分享，Effie從：技術層面（選擇遠端在家考，還是去考試中心）、內容準備，還有心情的準備談起。她也分享了一個ICF網頁連結如下，大家可以參考的幾個樣本考題。
4:50 - 5:11分 左右，談了一些遠端考試（就是不去考試中心）的細節，若這不是您的選擇可以跳過。
Effie還是覺得去考試中心會比較省事。電腦的每個動作也會比較順暢（這是從去考試中心應考的朋友得知）
