远方的声音易速利：习近平或在2027攻台湾，硅谷公司有望颠覆美国军工产业2025年10月31日解放军和中国军工的实力增长毋庸置疑，庞大而且高效的体系已经完全建立起来，美军和美国国防工业的领先优势一天天缩小的时候，白宫和五角大楼似乎缺少清晰的应对战略。那么美国只能在万般无奈当中被动地等着被中国超过，等到有了确定的赶超目标以后再努力呢，还是说再争取争取，看看能不能略微提早一些开始？其实五角大楼和传统的军工企业比如目前看不到陷入焦虑状态，巨大的惯性还会延续一段时间，但风险投资家和高科技初创公司更为敏锐，他们已经开始将注意力转移到军工产业，就是武器制造，希望对这个由洛克希德马丁、诺斯罗普格鲁曼、通用动力、波音和RTX即此前的雷神5家巨无霸占据的行业实施颠覆，大量的资金正在涌入这个领域。冲在最前的是一个1992年出生、今年33岁的亿万富翁帕尔默拉奇Palmer Luckey，他创建的公司叫Anduril Industries，安杜里尔工业，是国防产业从前罕见的初创公司，目前主要生产无人机和其他自主系统和武器。风投资本已经为这家公司注入几十亿美元，包括高科技界影响力比较大的皮特蒂尔已经投入了巨资，目前的故事线就是当硅谷对军火感兴趣的时候。苹果创办人乔布斯标准的穿着是黑色毛衣和牛仔裤，帕尔默的标志性穿着是夏威夷衬衫、工装裤、凉鞋，他有意将自己塑造成向精英和传统复仇的反叛偶像、让美国重新成为民主兵工厂的推动者，甚至是美国的救世主。五角大楼目标很明确，他们急需要与解放军对抗的武器但现有体系似乎无法及时满足要求。而硅谷风险投资和高速成长的初创公司模式，可能带来二战以来美国国防产业最大的一次转变，就是以人工智能驱动的武器来应付与解放军可能的冲突。帕尔默认为，美军需要大量更便宜、更智能的系统，能够在辽阔的海域发挥效用，只有这样才能对抗像中国这样具备强大制造力和技术实力的对手。安杜里尔公司对美军与解放军的潜在冲突非常专注，他们的武器研发项目很多都将完成的时间定在2027年，公司内部也有一项战略计划叫做China 27，中国2027，因为各种渠道的消息中都说习主席表示过中国应该在2027年做好完成进攻台湾的准备。这些判断可能出现偏差，习主席并不会使用武力，至少不会在2027年使用武力，但是帕尔默不愿意看到这样的情况出现，就是自己花了好几亿美元去研发一种到2030年才会服役的新型武器系统，结果2027年发生战争，钱都花在了没有及时准备好的装备上。
