وسنتطرق أيضًا إلى أهمية وضع الشركات لوائح توضح الإجراءات التي يجب اتباعها في حالة وجود حالة تحرش.
كذلك سنوضح تحديثات قانون العقوبات المتعلق بالتحرش في عالم العمل وكيف يمكن للشركات الالتزام بهذه التحديثات.
ضيفتنا اليوم هي الأستاذة هالة دومة، المحامية والمستشارة القانونية، والتي
تعمل في مجال القانون منذ 8 سنوات في مصر في مختلف المجالات القانونية مثل القانون المدني والجنائي وقانون الشركات والمزيد. هي أيضًا خريجة برنامج الزائر الدولي الأمريكي في العدالة الجندرية في النظم القانونية.
