Viele Kollegen sind immer noch der Meinung: Wenn sich die Abrechnungsmenge um mehr als 20% gegenüber der Ausschreibungsmenge verändert, kann ein neuer Einheitspreis gefordert werden.
Aber stimmt das so generell? Die klare Antwort: Nein!
Die so genannte 20%-Klausel hat einen äußerst begrenzten Anwendungsbereich. Und dieser wird bereits klar, wenn man den Wortlaut des entsprechenden Punktes der ÖNORM genau liest.
