Прекрасное время для долгожданного отдыха, все забывают о своих проблемах и заботах, спешат вырваться из городской суеты на пляжи с главной целью — получить золотистый загар, окунуться в ласковое море, зарядиться позитивной энергией на дискотеках где-нибудь на Ибице… Жизнь приобретает совсем другой оттенок, бьет ключом, дарит новые эмоции, новые желания. Именно в это время формируются новые тенденции в музыке, открываются миру новые лица. Но есть люди, для которых лето — не отдых на пляже под лучами палящего солнца, а время открыть миру свой талант, свои способности, подарить новые мелодии, зарядить энергией, сформировать новую моду в сфере музыки. Среди них молодой, скромный, но в то же время талантливейший музыкант и продюсер из Германии Андре Таннебергер.

Совершенно новая мелодия, неповторимый стиль, в то же время сочетающиеся с довольно простой аранжировкой, незамысловатостью текста, сделали свое дело. Но вернемся назад. Родители Андре, который родился 26 февраля 1973 года в тогдашнем ГДР, в городке Фрайберг (Freiberg, Thuringia), уехали из Восточной Германии на запад, чтобы начать совершенно новую жизнь. В конце 80-х по выходным Андре часто посещал клуб “Tarm center” в городе Бохум (Bochum), чтобы послушать музыку диджея Томаса Кукулы (Thomas Kukula, больше известный как General Base). В 1992 году он решил сам заняться сочинением музыки. Его оборудование состояло из допотопного компьютера Amiga и маленького синтезатора. Первые композиции Андре сочинял, ночами просиживая в своей маленькой комнатной студии.
Первые музыкальные эксперименты Андре произвели на Томаса особое впечатление. Удивленный талантливым молодым пареньком, Томас предлагает ему поработать в своей звукозаписывающей студии, чтобы закончить начатые композиции. В студии он использовал свой первый профессиональный синтезатор Sequential Pro One, что дало ему идею назвать свой первый проект Sequential One.
В феврале 1993 года Андре под именем “Sequential One” выпускает синглы “Dance” и “Let me hear you”. Синглы принесли свои небольшие финансовые плоды — у Andre появляется возможность организовать свою мини-студию. В 1994 году состав проекта Sequential One увеличился на 3 участника: в группу пришли Ульрих Пепельбаум (Ulrich Poppelbaum), Вуди ван Эйден (Woody van Eyden) и вокалистка Морфа (Morpha). Ну что ж, настало время поработать над дебютным альбомом? В начале 1995 года под лейблом House Nation выходит первенец Sequential One — “Dance”.
