Academic WritingAW Podcast 3: Targeting journal Hinglish podcastपिछले दो सत्रों की अभूतपूर्व सफलता के बाद, डॉ अजय सेमल्टी एवं डॉ मोना सेमल्टी द्वारा बनाया गया, गढ़वाल विश्विद्यालय का प्रथम ऑनलाइन कोर्स अकादमिक राइटिंग MHRD के स्वयं पोर्टल पर पुनः परिचालित किया जा रहा है. अब तक 30000 से भी अधिक शिक्षार्थी विधवा के 90से भी अधिक देशों से इस कोर्स से जुड़ कर लाभान्वित हो चुके हैं।
इस बार 20 July को प्रारंभ होने के बाद से अब तक कोर्स में देश विदेश के 5000 से भी अधिक शिक्षार्थियों ने कोर्स में अपना पंजीकरण कराया है. पंजीकरण 30 सितंबर तक ऑनलाइन किये जायेंगे (https://swayam.gov.in/nd2_cec20_ge29/preview). इस सप्ताह में शोध पत्रों हेतु उचित एवं गुणवत्ता पूर्ण शोध पत्रिकाओं के चयन पर गहन मथन किया गया है. शोध पत्रिकाओं के चयन हेतु उपयोग किये जाने वाले विभिन्न गुणवत्ता सूचकांकों के बारें में बताया गया है. गुणवत्ता सूचकांक, विज्ञान के अलावा सामाजिक विषय कला इत्यादि में भी महत्वपूर्ण साबित होते हैं. विदित हो कि विज्ञान एवं कला विषयों के बीच शोध पत्रों की संख्या में बहुत ही बड़ा अंतर राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर दृष्टिगोचर होता है. ऐसा नहीं है कि कला एवं सामाजिक विज्ञान इत्यादि विषयों में महत्वपूर्ण एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण शोध पत्रिकाएं उपलब्ध नहीं है, जानकारी एवं मार्गदर्शन के अभाव में गुणवत्तापूर्ण शोध पत्रिकाओं का चयन नहीं हो पाता है जिससे राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर शोध पत्रों की गुणवत्ता पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ता है. यही कारण है की वैश्विक स्तर पर शोध पत्रों की संख्या में भारतवर्ष तीसरे स्थान पर होते हुए भी गुणवत्ता के मामले में चीन के साथ निम्न गुणवत्ता वाले शोध पत्र प्रकाशित करने वाले देशों की श्रेणी में आता है। अतः इस दिशा में विश्वविद्यालय का अकादमिक लेखन कोर्स मील का पत्थर साबित हुआ है विदित हो कि यह कोर्स पिछले सत्र में भी राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर स्वयं के सभी कोर्सों में प्रथम स्थान पर रहा था जो कि विश्वविद्यालय के लिए एक महती उपलब्धि है। पिछले सत्र में 85 देशों के १२५०० से भी अधिक शिक्षार्थियों ने उक्त कोर्स को किया था. इस कोर्स में अकादमिक लेखन की बारीकियों से सभी को अवगत कराया गया है. इस 15 सप्ताह के कोर्स के माध्यम से विश्व स्तर पर प्रथम बार अकादमिक लेखन के सर्वाधिक विषय जैसे कि साहित्य संकलन, लेखन कुशलता, साहित्य चोरी, साहित्य चोरी को पता करने हेतु सॉफ्टवेयर, रिव्यू पेपर, रिसर्च पेपर, प्रोजेक्ट ग्रांट प्रपोजल, पुस्तक लेखन, कॉन्फ्रेंस पेपर लेखन और ऑनलाइन कोर्स एवं ओपन एजुकेशनल रिसोर्सेस के निर्माण के बारे में विस्तार से बताया गया है. समसामयिक स्थिति में जबकि वैश्विक शोध परिदृश्य में शोध पत्रों की गुणवत्ता वैज्ञानिकों एवं शिक्षकों के दक्षता का प्रमाण है यह कोर्स अपने में एक मील का पत्थर साबित हुआ है हाल ही में यूजीसी द्वारा रिसर्च एवं पब्लिकेशन एथिक्स पर एक नए कोर्स को पीएचडी के छात्रों हेतु प्रारंभ किया गया है जोकि इस विषय की महत्ता एवं समसामयिकता को बल देता है। उक्त कोर्स में दिए गए पाठ्यक्रम के सभी तत्व विश्वविद्यालय के इस ऑनलाइन कोर्स में पहले से ही निहित है. यही कारण है की देश के कई विश्वविद्यालयों ने गढ़वाल विश्वविद्यालय ने इस ऑनलाइन कोर्स को अपने पाठ्यक्रम में सम्मिलित किया है. पिछले सत्र में सैकड़ों छात्रों ने उक्त कोर्स को उत्तीर्ण कर 4 क्रेडिट अर्जित किए है। Happy Learning Team Aw2020-07-2906 min
