Im September 2021 paddelt ein Mann mit einem Schlauchboot auf der Flensburger Förde herum. Gestartet war er vom Strand in Wassersleben. Die DLRG Harrislee bewacht diesen Strand und wird von einer Passantin darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass das Schlauchboot nun schon sehr lange draußen sei. Daraufhin machen sich die Retter von der DLRG sofort auf die Suche nach dem Boot. Kurze Zeit später finden sie das schon fast Luftleere Schlauchboot mitten auf der Förde. Am dänischen Ufer ist Blaulicht zu erkennen, denn auch die dänischen Retter waren bereits alarmiert worden.2022-10-2723 min

Zugegeben, die Anreise ist etwas weiter, das Ziel befindet sich 300 Meter vor der dänischen Grenze. Dafür warten gemütliche Gästebetten im Boutique Hotel Wassersleben, Blick auf die Flensburger Förde, Füße baden am Strand. Steinorts Küche ist jeden Weg wert. Sein Vorbild Alain Ducasse hat ihn besonders geprägt, von ihm hat er die Liebe zum Produkt. Die Queen und The Artist Prince genossen Steinorts Küche auf dessen kulinarischer Weltreise. Nach 18 Jahren internationaler Karriere ist er glücklich am Ausgangspunkt derselben gelandet.
