Пройдя школу выступлений с такими группами как Spyro Gyra, Yellowjackets, Hiroshima, John Mayall, Etta James, Bobby Caldwell и Bobby Womack, свой первый альбом она выпустила в 1977 году.
Основные её стили были современный джаз, neo-soul и бразильская музыка, а сотруднучество с множеством музыкантов разных жанров дало огромный опыт по слиянию своих текстов с музыкой. В результате чего появлялись шедевры с современными художественными ценностями.
Два прекрасных композитора Russell Ferrante и Scott Kinsey помогают ей в аранжировках семи треков этого альбома. В котором кроме них, принимали участие еще более десятка хороших музыкантов, а на самой душевной композиции Солнце, голоса четырех сестер Perri.
Пейзаж - это больше, чем деревья и виды, это то, что мы говорим, это то, что мы делаем, это то, чем мы являемся сегодня. Никогда не прерывайте эту связь, чтобы этот прекрасный вид не исчез.
