Informed by Bodnarchuk’s pan-Slavic cultural upbringing in Pittsburgh, PA, Doma’s work incorporates cultural influences, circular spatial patterning, and intimate partnering. As the first Carpatho-Rusyn American choreographer to make contemporary...

Clouds + Sunshine In this podcast I share an experience I had with my 3.5 year old about honoring her feelings and giving space. What if we looked at our emotions like the weather? Oh today's a bit cloudy, it might rain or storm, or maybe it's going to be a bright shining day. No judgement about the weather (aka our emotions) just naming and observing them as they come and go... knowing the sun will come out once again. Hope you enjoy and have an awesome day! :)

Placing limiting beliefs on themselves and refusing to claim their power, I’ve watched purpose driven women use fear from past hurts to prevent them from walking into what they’re truly purposed to do. It’s time to detach our identity from others and discover our own...
