Расслабиться, позволить себе восстановиться и снова ощутить готовность к планомерному движению.
Размышление привело к интересным инсайтам об наших состояниях, о причинах выгорания и депрессий, об энергии и о способности чувствовать себя, быть с собой в плотном контакте.
А также я рассказал о своем эксперименте 2019 года, который позволили мне увидеть, что я действительно живу под постоянным «ветром» различных энергий, которые просто через меня проходят и обуславливают то, как я себя ощущаю.

Не бойся строить фундамент дома просто потому, что тебе кажется что фундамент — это еще не дом, а потому закладывать фундамент не имеет смысла. Без фундамента нет устойчивого дома. Но как только дом построен, ты редко о нем вспоминаешь, потому что у него своя функция: стать основой, началом. Успех это такой же дом.
Успех это не лотерея, это постоянство труда со стратегией искренней отдачи.
