חייזרים חינוכייםפרק 17 - סוכני שינוי: למצוא וללטש יהלומים אנושיים- עם דפנה גבר מנכ׳׳לית עמותת תפוחמה הופך מדינה או חברה לעשירה? יש מדינות שיש להם נפט, שטחים חקלאיים, כח עבודה יצרני, זהב ויהלומים. ומה יש לנו? קצת גז והרבה שכל ותושייה. מדינת ישראל נשענת על ההון האנושי שלה. זו הסיבה המרכזית שישראל מתייגת את עצמה כ Startup Nation ובצדק. רק שיש בעיה שכולנו מרגישים אותה: הקטר שמניע את הכלכלה הישראלית התנתק והפערים החברתיים בישראל הולכים וגדלים. ישראל היא מדינה עשירה וחזקה, אבל החברה שבה הולכת והופכת מקוטבת מיום ליום. מי שחושב שהקיטוב הזה פוגע רק בשכבות המוחלשות בחברה טועה ובגדול. בפרק הנוכחי דבר, בין היתר, על למה כדאי לשכבות החזקות בחברה להתחיל לפתח קהלים ואוכלוסיות נוספות בישראל ואיך הם יכולים לעשות את זה באמצעות טכנולוגיה.
מה שקורה בשוק התעסוקה מדינת ישראל הוא מעט אבסורדי. אין מחלקת HR היום שלא תגיד לכם שיש מחסור אדיר בעובדים וכשרונות ובו זמנית יש בחוץ אלפי כשרונות פוטנציאלים שמחפשים עבודה בנרות ולא מצליחים להכנס, להתקבל או אפילו להציע מועמדות לאותן משרות (קצת מזכיר לי את התחושה שיש לי כשאני יושב עם חבר רווק שה ואז עם חברה רווקה ששניהם מהממים ושניהם מתלוננים על זה ש״אין גברים״ ו״אין נשים״ מהממים בחוץ). ההערכה היא שתעשיית ההייטק נמצאת במחסור של עשרות אלפי משרות טכנולוגיות שצריך לאייש. השוק מיצה את קהל העובדים שלו ומחפש בנרות עובדים ועובדות.
היפותטית יש כאן מצב של כשל שוק. בפועל יש כאן מצב של Lose Lose Situation שאפשר להפוך ל Win Win. ואנשים כמוני וכמו האורחת שלי בפרק הנוכחי מאמינים שאפשר לעשות את זה באמצעות טכנולוגיה.
בפרק ה 17 של חייזרים חינוכיים ארחתי את דפנה גבר- מנכ׳׳לית עמותת תפוח שעוסקת בצמצום פערים באמצעות טכנולוגיה. דפנה היא אשה חדה ומפוכחת שמבינה בדיוק את השוק שבו היא פועלת. לא שמעתי הרבה א.נשים שמדברים כמוהה ובגדול אני חושב שצריך ממש לשכפל את התפיסות שהיא מציגה בפודקאסט ולהפיץ אותן לעולם. שאלתי אותה ״תגידי, למה שיהיה אינטרס למי שלמעלה לעזור למי שלמטה״ והאמת שהיא ענתה לי תשובות משכנעות יותר ממה שחשבתי שאקבל (אני לא לא אשאיר פה ספויילרים כדי שתוכלו ליהנות יותר מהפרק).
טכנולוגיה היא כח העל שלנו היא יכולה לצמצם פערים או להגדיל אותם. השימוש שלנו בה ככלי יגדיר ויטעין אותה בערכים חיוביים או שליליים- זה עלינו. אנחנו יכולים להגיע למצב בו החברה חיה בשני מימדים: הטכנולוגי והלא טכנולוגי.מהצד השני אנחנו יכולים להשתמש בטכנולוגיה גם כדי להקפיץ את המעמד החברתי-כלכלי של אנשים צעירים ובוגרים, לחבר בין אוכלוסיות גיל שונות, לקרב את הפריפריה למרכז ולהנחית כשרונות על מהחברה הבדואית, מרמלה או מהתיישבות בדרום בחברות על.
