愛、生活和其它的革命S1E13 超覺靜坐 TM - Ariel不為人知的心靈保養術 l 特別來賓: 超覺靜坐認證教師 潘扶擇老師Ariel主要的工作是醫療品牌相關行銷，她絕對相信醫學和科學，但對她來說，醫學最主要的功效是治病。她更有興趣的一直是：我們要如何可以更健康/ 避免生病？
在她生命中有一段承受沈重壓力，無法服用藥物的時間，促使她開始研究靠自己的力量消除壓力的相關腦部科學。那時候她巧遇了 "超覺靜坐 / transcendental meditation"，這是一種有科學實證，以及目前是全世界最普遍盛行的日常靜坐方式，並且跟宗教無關。Ariel在練習超覺靜坐六年後的今天，想對大家分享她個人的學習體驗。
這集Ariel 特別邀請指導她學習超覺靜坐的老師，潘扶擇老師，來節目中進行一場有關超覺靜坐的師徒對談。Ariel原本是因為想藉由自己的力量調整心情和壓力，進而學習到超覺靜坐這種每天讓身心對焦的保養方式，而潘老師也一再強調，我們的身體往往反射了心神的狀態，每天花一點點時間保養和瞭解自己的心神，身體也就在自然的狀態下感到越來越健康了。這麼自然、單純又健康的身心療癒，Ariel想分享給大家！
