2021-11-0634 minAustin 聊英文EP23 - 如何聰明設定讀書目標我們今天要來聊聊讀書的KPI，KPI (關鍵績效指標 Key Performance Indicators) 是管理學常用的詞彙， 他是一系列針對目標實現過程中的指標里程碑，聰明的KPI設定可以讓一個人更有效率地達到目標，也能讓整個公司持續向目標前進。讀書就好比一門工作，同學們要善用KPI的觀念，為你的三年高中生活訂定長遠目標，才能慢慢改善並且前進喔！
用 SMART 策略來定義你的學習 KPI：
1. S (specific)：要特定，舉例每天背10個單字，連續7天可以有70個單字。
2. M (measurable)：可評估，量化你的表現，舉例你不可以只設定：「下次要比前一次更好。」反而應該訂定具體目標，像是班上名次提升，或是總分增加百分率。
3. A (attainable)：可達成，切忌不切實際，這只會讓你倍感挫折，提前放棄。
