和談內容有可能是大家讓步,烏克蘭不會即時,或稍後再加入北約.日前月BBC訪問烏克蘭駐英大使,該報導指烏克蘭可以在加入北約組織上彈性讓步, 但烏克蘭大使及烏克蘭外交部即時回應上述報導有語誤, 烏克蘭大使及烏克蘭外交部很清楚說明,烏克蘭加入北約組織是已經寫入烏克蘭國家憲法裡,烏克蘭可以給俄羅斯讓步,但加入北約組織是不能改, 只是遲早問題……
(英國國會外交委員會主席 董勤達(Tugendhat)率領九名議員組成的英國下議院訪問團,並將和台灣總統蔡英文會面, 這將是時隔16年再有英國議會議員組團訪台. 英國報導訪問團的內容是?) 英國國會外交委員會主席 董勤達(Tom Tugendhat) 原預計2/19日訪問台灣, 但因訪團成員多位染疫的情況下, 因此訪問團延期訪台. 而董勤達主席並非普通人,身兼國會議員、英國國會外交事務委員會成員、英國保守黨『中國研究小組』發起人、中國制裁的英五位議員之一. 董勤達議員極支持香港人，他參與為港人爭取得來的BNO Visa。董勤達議員是軍人出身，近日董議員已經表明會競選下一任英國首相，所以董勤達議員是具有潛能成為英國下任首相人選.今次率團訪台的表面原因是, 研究如何應戰假訊息、如何妨止極權國家影響自由民主制度;但深層原因是極有可能邀台積電赴英國設廠，因為台積電已承諾赴德國設廠，但英國與歐盟脫勾了，歐盟有晶片不代表英國有，而英國沒有晶片是相當不利，所以是要談晶片問題。另一個可能但英國並未証實，這是未來或者有可能的猜測，英國可能會跟蔡英文總統談香港未來前途問題。。。
另一個消息是有關封網,情人節當天香港人再看不到『香港監察』的網站，此網站是英國一個ＮＧＯ網站。香港監察 CEO Benedict Rogers於2017年開始被拒絕進入香港。香港人上網可能要使用VPN等等.如果用數碼通、HKDN是上不了網站, 有關香港真實消息是很難看得到了,香港人要翻牆才能知道真實傳媒報導. 現英國會正討論是否給香港18歲到25歲青年BNO, 這修正法案在英上議院獲得支持,英國政府承諾修改法案後再呈議院審議,如果這法案由政府修改過後再呈上議院審議,通常都可過關, (條件是哪些?) 給予父母任一方具BNO身份, 並於1997年在香港出生的18歲到25歲香港青年可申請BNO身份. 如果封網的話, 這些合資格申請BNO的港青是沒辦法下載官方的APP申請…
