混沌FM庄辰超：如何识别创业机会你好，这里是混沌FM，我是刀姐，混沌大学创新前沿课的主理人。今天呢，想分享给你一段便利蜂创始人庄辰超，对于创业赛道选择的分析。前几天，36kr有一份2020年的投融资数据报告，根据这份报告，2020年共计发生5364笔投融资交易，与2019年相比，减少了7.3%，金额达12128亿元，与2019年相比，增加了41.7%。平均每天有15笔交易达成，交易金额33亿元人民币。平均每笔交易金额约2.26亿元（同比+52.9%），创历史新高。但是其中，2020年早期投融资数量和金额大幅下降。只发生970笔种子天使轮融资，共计162亿元，与2019年相比，减少420笔，降低69亿元。发生904笔A轮融资，共计776亿元，与2019年相比减少469笔，降低136亿元。可见，2020年投融资最明显的特征就是，钱跟机会都在向头部企业靠拢。创业变难了。如果你是一个创业者，出发之前的选择，变得更重要了。庄辰超，是一个极为成功的连续创业者，理性、严谨，像计算机式的思维方式。他分析创业机会，重点看两个要素，一个是整合度也就是行业集中度，是否有出现垄断的可能；一个是存在创新机遇的大小程度，是否能有十倍好的机会。通过这2个要素，他划分了高低四个象限，举例讲解每个象限的利弊。如果你在思考创业这件事，这一段内容非常值得一听。并且，本周二晚上8点，课程主任会跟你一起来回顾这堂便利蜂的完整课程，与你一起讨论。这里多说一句，自1月起，每周二晚上8点，课程主任会带大家一起看经典课；每周四晚上8点，善友教授研究助理会跟大家一起来看善友教授的理论课；每周六上午9点，前沿课每周更新一节好课。学习是一件有些孤独的事儿，如果能一起来看课，一起来讨论，可能会少一些寂寞吧。欢迎你每周二周四周六打开混沌大学APP，与我们一起认知进化。庄辰超：所以，大家看到说整个这个我们的分析下来说，在每一个项目象限里面，你能够采取的投资策略或者说是这个创业策略是不一样的。首先我们说创新机遇高的，肯定是投资或者这个创业的一个重点，那么如果创新机遇高，又在高集中度领域的，会是一个什么样的情况呢？其实，最简单的就是当年去哪儿在做的时候，就是属于这么一个领域，我们认为搜索引擎和很多包括那个航空公司的100%（启用）电子机票，这些基础设施的变化，带来了整个在线旅行有一个非常高的创新机遇。那么，但是当时在中国的市场也好，在这个欧美的市场也好，其实相对来讲在线旅游已经是有比较高集中度了，那么在这个领域创新往往最后的结果是说被收购或者说和这个行业老大合并，这个其实是一个相对来讲既困难又容易的一个解决方案。为什么呢？如果是在一个下面这个领域说创新机遇不高，但是市场整个集中度非常低，那么这个实际上你有一个巨大的赌注，因为你的判断有可能是错的，但如果说你是在已经集中度非常高的市场里面，这个商业模式已经成立，巨大的市值的公司已经存在，然后你又看到有个新的创业机会，而相对来讲你的这个前面的那个巨头如果他的反应速度不够快，他就会给你一个机会成长，因为是一个成熟的商业模式，已经有了赢利的机会。所以，相对来讲对于市场风险是比较低的。 但如果说在下面这个领域，在整个市场整合的水平相对比较弱的情况下，但创新机遇比较高，你去做创新的时候，相对来讲成功的功率或成为市场老大的概率会更高。所以呢我们当时就分析了一些我们认为修改意思的这个领域。包括比如说像二手车市场，二手市场我们认为其实是属于低整合性，但是高创新机遇的，但是当我们看的时候，其实已经有不少，在中国有不错的企业家和不错的这个企业在里面，已经开始耕耘了好几年了。我们最后决定放弃这个市场，我们在新加坡找了一家类似的企业，其实因为新加坡市场比较小嘛，东南亚相对来讲竞争力度比较低，所以我们投了一家新加坡的公司。那么这家公司最近的一轮是软银投的，其实我们投完之后回报率就非常高了。但反过来讲，你要承担一个巨大的风险，叫商业模式风险，因为有时候我们会知道说你认为这个低分散度是可以改变的，但有的时候经济学上有一个自然分散，叫Natural frecemetion，如果这个市场有自然分散的情况出现，有可能是你这个市场内在动因没有深入的了解。所以，当你投入了大量的资源之后，你可能发现这个市场还是一个自然分散的市场，所以这种情况下，你会遇到一个巨大的商业模式的风险。那么，在这个创新机遇低，产业整合水平比较高的一个领域呢，相对来讲作为创业者的机会就不多了，但是作为投资者还是很多机会的。因为这个时候市场有可能对这个行业的估值的波动，因为很多这个投资者，或者说无论是公开市场的，还有私有市场的，对于这样的市场往往它不会特别关注，因为这个市场比较borry。但是，往往是这样的高整合度的以及低创新机遇的这个龙头公司，它未来的成长就是可以非常稳定的，利润可以不断的增厚，所以作为一个，包括我个人也作为投资，如果个人的投资，或者说是menraority，公开市场投资，尽量会寻找产业整合水平高，创新机遇低的，这才是最美好的投资机会。因为它的这个从自身的风险，正如巴菲特所说的，这个行业的护城河比较高，那么这个是一个非常好的投资机会。 细分领域的投资机会分析：第三象限投资成功概率较低。当然最差的一个情况是什么呢？就是行业整合度低，创新机会也低，我们认为这样的这个市场是很难出现巨大的企业的，所以这样的市场我们基本上是放弃的。比如说，一个典型的例子，我们认为休闲餐饮是一个非常难高度整合的，这个不是快餐，我说一个休闲餐饮。休闲餐饮我们认为就是一个非常难高度整合的一个领域，还有一个就是本地活动的供应商，这是因为当时我们在做旅游的时候，有很多人找我们投资，他有很多叫做Local activists，比如说潜水啦、滑雪啦，这个方便的，我们认为这个其实在本地活动它的整合能力，分散是一个天然分散情况。同时我们没看到基础创新的一个机会 所以，这个是我们当时的一张图谱，说我们如何去看待整个行业，由于斑马资本我们是一个既可以做小额投资，也可以做大额投资，也可以孵化，也可以创业，我们是就是说没有一个一定的，投资策略是非常灵活的，我们的一个投资方向是说研究某一个赛道，当我们对这个赛道非常感兴趣之后，我们会把这个赛道进行分类，如果它属于第二象限，我们就投龙头公司。如果它属于第一象限或者那个第四象限，我们就根据不同的机会，投创业公司或者自己孵化企业，如果是第三象限那我们就放弃，所以这个是我们在当时的分析过程当中，我们就看到了便利店行业，我们认为是属于这个第四象限的。我们认为首先市场非常分散且有巨大创新机会，因为IOT，因为人工智能，往往会说到为什么人工智能、IOT在中国的便利店领域这么的重要。那么还有一点非常有意思的地方，是这个市场一般来讲会承担商业模式风险，但是便利店却没有商业模式风险，因为便利店这个商业模式在东亚的其他国家都被证明了，不但被证明了，而且在过去的这个40年来，他们经过了一轮又一轮的技术浪潮，被证明是不会被技术浪潮颠覆的，所以这个让我们产生了极大的兴趣。这个是我们为什么后来深入的探讨进入便利店行业最初的一个分析和研究。2021-01-3108 min
