אז אני רוצה לדבר היום על איך למצוא מועמדים, ואני רוצה להציע את סדר הפעולות שאני בדרך כלל ממליצה עליהם כשאני מלווה ארגונים בשאלה של איך למצוא מועמדים. אני אגיד שרוב הארגונים פונים לשלושה או ארבעה ערוצים סטנדרטיים: מפרסמים בלינקדאין בפוסטים או בפרסום של מודעות ממומנות אבל הרוב הם בפרסומים חינמיים כאלה. מפרסמים בפייסבוק בפרסומים חינמיים, פונים ללוחות דרושים, ולאחרונה גם התחילו לפרסם בקבוצות וואטסאפ, וכמובן פונים לחברות השמה. ברוב הארגונים גם מפרסמים בחבר מביא חבר, פונים פנימה בתוך הארגון להגיד הנה משרה שנפתחה אבל מרכזים את המשרות של חבר מביא חבר, מפרסמים אותם בדרך כלל פעם בשבוע או פעם בחודש רוב הארגונים לא מפרסמים ברגע שהמשרה נפתחת. וחוץ מזה מעלים לאתר הבית. אז אני רוצה להציע כמה כיווני פעולה בנוסף לערוצים האלה או גם טיפה נדבר על איך לשדרג כל אחד מהערוצים האלה.
קודם כל הערוץ הראשון שאתם פונים אליו צריך להיות מאגר המועמדים שיש לכם בארגון כלומר לפנות למערכת ניהול הגיוס שלכם ולעשות חיפוש. אם אתם לא מספיק בקיאים/בקיאות באיך להפעיל "חפשנים" כאלה, כלי של חיפוש פנימה לתוך המערכת או שמהניסיון שלכם זה לא עובד, זה אומר ששווה לבדוק: גם אולי אתם צריכים ללמוד להפעיל יותר טוב את החפשנים על המערכת ואולי זאת לא מערכת טובה לניהול גיוס ואולי שווה לחקור את האפשרות של חיפוש מערכת חדשה.
הפתרון מספר 1 שמערכת ניהול גיוס צריכה לתת זה "פול" של מועמדים, מאגר של מועמדים, שהוא הראשון שאנחנו פונים אליו ברגע שנפתח לנו תפקיד. הרבה פעמים אנחנו מקבלים קורות חיים ובאותו רגע אנחנו לא צריכים את המועמד או שקיבלנו וגייסנו מישהו אחר אבל אותם מועמדים הם מועמדים טובים וראויים ולכן מצטבר לנו מאגר קורות חיים בתוך המערכת של כאלה שפנו ולא היו רלוונטיים באותה נקודת זמן או לא התאימו או אפילו הסירו מועמדות כי אז זה לא התאים להם. הם עדיין יכולים להיות רלוונטיים וזה המקום הראשון שאנחנו פונים אליו, אנשים שכבר נמצאים אצלנו ביד.

הפודקאסט של גיא קצוביץ'"לוקח 10 שנים להפוך להצלחה בין-לילה" || אמיר נחמיה מ-קונקטיםהשבוע היה לי הכבוד לארח את אמיר נחמיה, מנכ"ל ומייסד-שותף של Connecteam (קונקטים). קונקטים מפתחת פלטפורמה פנים ארגונית עבור חברות שמרבית עובדיהן אינם נגישים למייל ולמחשב ארגוני, ומהווים כ-80% משוק העבודה העולמי. הפלטפורמה הארגונית של קונקטים מאפשרת לחברות להקים בקלות אפליקציה פנים-ארגונית לניהול, תקשורת ותפעול עובדים. החברה נוסדה ב-2015 ומשרתת מעל ל-20,000 לקוחות בכ-80 מדינות ובכלל זה ישראל, מדינות באירופה ובצפון אמריקה. בין לקוחותיה של החברה ניתן למצוא חברות קטנות של כ-5 עובדים וחברות גדולות ובינלאומיות דוגמת סודהסטרים, תנובה, ישרוטל, פוקס, נייקי, yes, Sodexo, מקורות ועוד. לאחרונה גייסה החברה 120 מיליון דולר בסבב C, מה שהביא אותה לשווי גיוסים כולל של 160 מיליון דולר. אמיר שירת כחובל בצוללות במשך 7 שנים, ובתפקידו האחרון שימש כראש מדור אמצעי לחימה של הצוללות (אפיון ורכש של אמצעי לחימה ותקשורת). לאחר שחרורו סיים תואר שני, והצטרף לסטארטאפ גיימינג כפיתוח עסקי. לאחר מספר פיבוטים בשנת 2015 הוקמה קונקטים עם המוצר שקיים כיום. את החברה הקים אמיר עם יונתן נוריאל ודניאל נוריאל.
