This talk is an overview of the Book of Revelation (form of apocalyptic literature in scripture) that details a prophets symbolic dreams of visions. It is not a secret code for deciphering the date of Jesus' return. This overview explains history's pattern and God's promise to defeat evil and restore all things new - partnering with those who endure (overcome) by the blood of the lamb and the word of his testimony.

The Bible has a lot to say about 'self' or the nature of mankind, and most of it does not paint a particularly pleasant view of 'self'. There is however a solution... Jesus, who is the ultimate example of self-less, and through his saving grace and the power, we are able to put off the 'self' in contrast to so much of what we see and hear around us in our world today.
