ぱるおの「思い立ったらオタメシ」ライフCCTVって言わないっすねぇCCTV は Closed Circuit Televisionの略、って言われてもなんじゃそれ？でしょうかね。
日本では防犯カメラって呼ばれてるやつで、Security CameraとかAnti Crime Sensorとかでも良いとは思うんですが、なぜかCCTVが市民権を得てるようで。
皆さんの国ではどないでしょう？
この防犯カメラってのは、AIとの相性が非常にいいということも有り、いろんな「管理者」がいろんな目的をもって設置してるわけです。
とりわけ公共の場、例えば大通りとか駅とかの人数が非常に多く、不審者を検知したい場合にはもってこいです。
でも防犯カメラの一番の効能としては悪い行為の「予防」じゃないでしょうかね。
お金を扱う銀行なんてのは最たるもんですが、最近ではしれっと電車の中にはたくさんの防犯カメラが設置されてるし、商店やオフィスビル、カラオケやレストランにまで、そして極めて普通の住宅にも簡単に設置できるようになったので、普段フツーに街を歩いていてもといっぱいカメラを見ることができます。
てことはですよ？家から外出した瞬間から買えるまで、自分の身が膨大な数のカメラに映りまくっている、ってことは間違いないですね。
要は、外にいる時にはそもそもプライバシーなんて無いって事で、それを前提に身の振り方を考えておかなければならんってことです、今日日。
ためしにCCTVってのはどんなモンなんかためしてみようということで、5千円ほどの某国カメラをポチって、家のベランダの手すりに飛来する鳩を撮る感じでためしに付けてみました。
うーむ、驚愕ですね。この価格でこんなことできてしまうんか！って。
映像は鮮明、ネット経由でどこでも見れる、動態認識AIで、ヒトとか鳥とか車とかに限って検知する、内蔵メモリが壊れたり盗られたりした時のためのクラウドサービスなどなどの機能がゾロゾロ。
あんれまぁ、時代は進んでるのねー。こんなところにもAIってのは納得できるとして、価格ですよ。
その昔の100分の1くらいになっちゃったんじゃないすか？
そりゃ民生レベルでもCCTV増えていくわけですね。
でもまぁこの道具も使いようってわけでして、ワルいことに使ってしまうとダメダメですね。

24일, ‘궁금한 이야기 Y’에서는 재개발을 앞두고 일어난 의문의 살인사건에 대해 알아본다.
지난 12일, 건물주와 만나기 위해 사무실을 찾았다는 건물관리인 정 씨(가명). 그런데 이상하게도 그날만큼은 매일 오르내리던 그 계단이 어딘가 섬찟하게 느껴졌다고 한다. 활짝 열려 있어야 할 사무실 문은 굳게 잠겨 있었고, 사무실의 주인은 온데간데 없이 열쇠 꾸러미만 바닥에 나뒹굴고 있었다. 어딘가 묘한 기분이 들어 사무실 바로 옆 옥상 문을 열었다는 정 씨는 충격적인 장면을 목격했다.
“비참하게 죽었어요. 눈도 못 감고요...
출근하자마자 죽어버린 거예요. 문도 못 열고 사무실에서...”

일요일, 그것도 환한 대낮에 자기 건물 옥상에서 칼에 찔려 숨진 채 발견된 강 회장(가명). 경찰은 현장을 유유히 빠져나간 수상한 남자를 용의자로 특정했다. 태연하게 범행 현장을 빠져나와 강릉행 KTX에 탑승했던 남자의 정체는 바로 건물 주차 관리원이었던 30대 김 씨(가명). 그는 그날 새벽부터 강 회장을 기다렸다가, 강 회장이 출근하자마자 범행을 저지르고 바로 옆 모텔로 도주했다. 범행 직후 무려 6시간 동안 옆 건물에 숨어 있다가 경찰들 시선을 피하고 유유히 사라졌다는 그를 경찰들은 왜 알아차리지 못한 걸까?

건물의 바로 옆 모텔의 송 사장(가명), 그가 CCTV를 삭제한 탓에 경찰은 바로 눈앞에서 버젓이 돌아다니던 범인을 알아챌 수 없었다. 따라서 경찰은 김 씨와 함께 송 사장 역시 증거인멸 혐의로 긴급 체포됐다. 게다가 김 씨와 송 사장이 검거된 이후 이 건물을 둘러싼 상인과 주민들 사이에선 송 사장이 김 씨에게 살인을 지시했다는 소문이 돌고 있다.
실제로 평소 강 회장과 송 사장은 재개발 문제를 두고 잦은 갈등이 있었다고 한다. 그러나 구속 영장이 기각돼 체포된 지 3일 만에 풀려나게 된 송 사장은 제작진에게 자신의 결백을 주장했다. 재개발을 앞둔 갈등 속 일어난 의문의 살인사건. 과연 진실은 무엇일까? 이번 주 SBS ‘궁금한 이야기 Y’는 11월 24일 금요일 밤 9시에 방송된다.

nocutV"날치기 꼼짝마" CCTV가 보고 있다!훔친 오토바이로 서울 강남 일대를 돌며 여성들의 핸드백을 낚아채는 날치기 범행을 일삼고 저항하는 여성은 무차별 폭행한 30대 남성이 경찰에 붙잡혔다.
서울 강남경찰서는 훔친 오토바이를 타고 500만원 상당의 금품을 훔치고 저항하는 여성에게는 폭력을 가한 혐의 등(강도상해)으로 김모(34) 씨를 붙잡았다고 28일 밝혔다.
절도 등 전과 23범으로 과거 4년을 복역했던 이 날치기범의 신출귀몰했던 범행은 폐쇄회로(CC)TV와 경찰의 끈질긴 잠복수사 끝에 꼬리를 밝혔다.
지난 13일 밤 12시 10분, 서울 강남경찰서로 한 여성의 신고전화가 걸려왔다.
짐을 옮기다 차 옆에 잠시 놓아둔 150만원 상당의 노트북을 도난당했다는 내용이었고 경찰은 즉시 현장에 출동했다.
그 때까지만 해도 경찰은 아파트 주민이나 단순 절도범의 범행으로 생각했다.
수사에 들어간 경찰은 차량의 블랙박스를 살폈으나 어떠한 사람이나 물건을 가져갔을만하다고 의심되는 사람도 지나가지 않았다.
다만, 영상에는 단 한 대의 배달용 오토바이가 지나가는 장면만 있었다.
블랙박스에서 큰 단서를 찾지 못한 경찰은 아파트 내에 있던 CCTV를 살폈고 그곳에서 한 가지 이상한 점을 찾아냈다.
블랙박스에 찍힌 것으로 보이는 배달용 오토바이가 수 십분 동안 아파트 단지 내를 빙빙 돌고 있는 것이었다.
당시 출동했던 강남경찰서 강력5팀 형사는 "배달오토바이는 주문한 집만 들렸다가 돌아가는 것이 일반적인데 뭔가 좀 이상하다는 느낌을 받았다"며 "순간 날치기 범일 수도 있다는 생각이 들었다"고 말했다.
그리고 바로 다음날인 14일 새벽 1시, 강남구 압구정동의 H아파트에서 한 남성이 다가와 가방을 뺏으려했고 저항하자 무차별적으로 폭행했다는 30대 여성의 신고가 접수됐다.
경찰은 아파트 단지 내 CCTV를 살폈고 이곳에서도 어제 블랙박스에 찍혔던 배달오토바이가 등장했다.
배달오토바이를 탄 범인은 귀가 중이던 여성에게 접근해 가방을 뺏으려 들었고 이 여성이 완강히 저항하자 발길질을 하는 등 수차례 여성을 폭행해 전치 3주의 상해를 입히고 달아났다.
그리고 같은 날 밤 9시 50분에도 삼성동 일대에서 날치기를 당했다는 신고 2건이 추가로 접수됐고 이에 경찰은 노트북 절도건과 압구정 아파트 여성 강도상해건, 삼성동 날치기 건을 모두 동일범의 짓으로 보고 본격적인 수사에 들어갔다.
경찰은 범행 발생지역 일대의 CCTV 수백 대를 살폈고 배달오토바이의 동선을 따라 범인의 동선과 인상착의를 파악하는데 주력했다.
그리고 강남구 논현동의 한 골목에서 CCTV에 찍혔던 오토바이를 찾아냈다.
경찰은 재빠른 도주가 가능한 날치기범의 특성을 고려해 오토바이 인근에 차량 3대와 강력 5팀 전원을 투입해 잠복근무에 들어갔다. 이때까지만 해도 범인을 쉽게 잡나 싶었다.
하지만 이상하게도 잠복한지 이틀이 지났지만 범인은 나타나지 않았고 다시 수사는 오리무중에 빠졌다.
오토바이가 세워져 있던 골목의 CCTV를 살핀 경찰은 한 가지 이상한 점을 발견했는데 매번 오토바이가 골목으로 들어가고나면 몇 분 뒤 한 남성이 걸어 나오는 점이었다.
그 남성은 양팔에 문신을 하고 있었고 한 손에는 쇼핑백을 들고 있었는데 확대해보니 그 안에는 오토바이 헬멧이 담겨있었다.
경찰은 남성을 용의자로 올려놓고 해당 남성이 찍힌 CCTV를 다시 추적했다.
그리고 오토바이가 있던 곳으로부터 1km 떨어진 논현동의 한 주택으로 남성이 들어가는 CCTV 장면을 확인했다. 이후 해당 건물의 모든 주민을 살펴본 결과 경찰은 한 남성이 과거 절도를 수차례 저지른 전과 23범임을 파악했다.
그리고 지난 21일, 범행이 발생한지 일주일 만에 경찰은 해당주택에서 잠복하며 집으로 들어가는 김 씨를 붙잡았고 범죄사실을 자백 받았다.
경찰조사에서 김 씨는 "여성들이 상대적으로 힘이 약하기에 대상으로 삼았다"고 진술한 것으로 알려졌다.
경찰관계자는 "핸드백을 소지할 때는 도로 반대편으로 매는 것이 날치기 범으로부터 안전하다"고 덧붙였다.2016-06-3000 min
