花 the fuck#162【聽眾分享】本台開播以來最重要訊息｜阿好姐脫離金錢焦慮了｜佛系分享CLEC投資理財頻道(下)未來的財務穩定，可以提升當下生活的品質，這是阿好姐實踐CLEC的投資方式後，近來最直接發生的變化。
之前怕退休金有變數，為了「存」未來退休後夠用的股息，超級焦慮，縮減所有能縮減的開支，
看中醫？好貴，免了
瑜珈會館？好貴，不行
上教練課？好貴，以後再說
出國？要花那麼多錢，我看YT好了
檢視去年的記帳內容，靠著吃喝老公的，平均一個月花在自己身上的錢竟然不到3000元，有時，甚至一整個星期也沒花到一毛錢。為了未來，一切都是為了未來，我這樣安慰自己。
自從跟著行動派的花姐完成CLEC的配置之後，知道20年後，現在的一桶金會長大滿足我的需要，對未來錢不夠用的焦慮感消失了；取而代之的是，未來需要的已經準備好的安定感。
所以現在的首要目標，就是保持健康，於是阿好姐目前每週有一堂一對一的red cord，雙週一堂一對一重訓教練課，加入健身房會員，每週看中醫調理長期以來慢性發炎的症狀；現在的花費是以前的4倍以上，不會再委屈「現在」去成就「未來」，我終於能在二者之間取得平衡了。
我相信，錢是很多人的焦慮來源之一，CLEC教學的方式解決了我的焦慮，更重要的是，得到更多的時間之後，可以投注在投資理財以外的事情上。想來，我已經有一段時間沒有在看財經頻道了呢。
節目最後提到「公務員味」這件事，阿好姐必須說，沒有比較沒有傷害，一旦有在外面走跳過再回頭幹公務員，就能理解陌生人為什麼說我有「公務員味」了。我們衷心希望，大家早日脫離金錢焦慮，活出個不像「公務員」的人生品味啊！

以好姐老公來說，他就問，如果真的這麼簡單，一萬元放40年後可以變成一百萬，那大家現在都放一百萬，40年後豈不是人人都成為億萬富翁了嗎?道理真的就這麼簡單，但能真的把持住40年的人是少之又少啊！甚至連跨出這第一步，大家各有所好，所謂知易行難，知難行易，要了解也難，要執行也難，正是如此。
所以才好姐才會說是「可能」嘛，至於這個「可能」會不會成真，就看各位囉。
