Иногда ученые ставят в один ряд слова: праздновать и благодарность, праздновать и признавать. Очень часто мы пассивно празднуем что-то просто за компанию с другими людьми. Это, к примеру, Новый год, 8 марта, Пасха, Рождество. Но есть и несколько иное празднование: активное и осознанное. Именно оно ведет к повышению самооценки и выводит вас на новый уровень.

Сегодня я работал над книгой «НАСТОЯЩИЙ УСПЕХ. СОЗДАВАЙ ШЕДЕВР СОБСТВЕННОЙ ЖИЗНИ» и совершил гигантский прорыв вперед. Есть повод отпраздновать. Как мы будем это делать — не имеет значения. Самое важное — праздновать как маленькую, так и большую победу. Таким образом мы говорим себе, какие мы молодцы, и наша система убеждений, верований и представления о самих себе перепрограммируется.
Сам факт празднования утверждает вас в том, что вы можете, способны, достойны и гениальны. Ваше представление о себе выходит на новый уровень, и следующую задачу вы решаете намного проще.
Леонид Черновецкий, бывший мэр Киева, как-то сказал: «Первый миллион дается очень тяжело, а последующие даются очень легко». Так же и с любыми нашими достижениями.

НАСТОЯЩИЙ УСПЕХ™ПОЧЕМУ ВАЖНО ПРАЗДНОВАТЬ ПОБЕДЫ И ДОСТИЖЕНИЯ # 908Сегодня у меня большое событие. Я несколько дней собирался, а потом за несколько часов сделал ударный прорыв в написании книги. И теперь у нас есть хороший повод отпраздновать.
ВРЕМЯ ПРАЗДНОВАТЬ
Только что в моем английском клубе TRUE SUCCESS CLUB™ я проводил лекцию по теме The Power Celebration. Я рассказывал о том, почему важно праздновать свои победы и достижения. Об этом же я говорю в УДИВИТЕЛЬНОЙ ИГРЕ ЖИЗНИ™ начиная с 2009 года.
Мы каждый день празднуем, когда ставим маленькую задачу на день в виде кружочка, а потом этот кружочек превращается в желтый улыбающийся смайлик, когда мы какое-то действие в течение дня выполняем.
Когда мы начинаем УДИВИТЕЛЬНУЮ ИГРУ ЖИЗНИ™, мы говорим каждому участнику: «Подумайте о своем собственном призе для себя, как вы себя будете награждать, когда Игра подойдет к концу».
Иногда ученые ставят в один ряд слова: праздновать и благодарность, праздновать и признавать. Очень часто мы пассивно празднуем что-то просто за компанию с другими людьми. Это, к примеру, Новый год, 8 марта, Пасха, Рождество. Но есть и несколько иное празднование: активное и осознанное. Именно оно ведет к повышению самооценки и выводит вас на новый уровень.
ЕСТЬ ПОВОД ОТПРАЗДНОВАТЬ
Сегодня я работал над книгой «НАСТОЯЩИЙ УСПЕХ. СОЗДАВАЙ ШЕДЕВР СОБСТВЕННОЙ ЖИЗНИ» и совершил гигантский прорыв вперед. Есть повод отпраздновать. Как мы будем это делать — не имеет значения. Самое важное — праздновать как маленькую, так и большую победу. Таким образом мы говорим себе, какие мы молодцы, и наша система убеждений, верований и представления о самих себе перепрограммируется.
Сам факт празднования утверждает вас в том, что вы можете, способны, достойны и гениальны. Ваше представление о себе выходит на новый уровень, и следующую задачу вы решаете намного проще.
Леонид Черновецкий, бывший мэр Киева, как-то сказал: «Первый миллион дается очень тяжело, а последующие даются очень легко». Так же и с любыми нашими достижениями.
Вас пригласили первый раз выступить на вебинаре, вы очень волновались, но сделали это. Может быть, половину забыли рассказать или вообще говорили не то, что собирались, но все равно вы обязаны отпраздновать это событие! Следующий раз вы уже будете выступать намного лучше. И так абсолютно во всем.
Учитесь ли вы водить автомобиль, выступаете на сцене, работаете с людьми или создаете программное обеспечение, всегда празднуйте свои достижения и выходите на новый уровень.
ВЫРАЖЕНИЕ БЛАГОДАРНОСТИ
Если вы не празднуете достижение своих целей, то есть риск остаться на том же уровне убеждений и представлений о себе. Поэтому в следующий раз, столкнувшись с такой же проблемой, вы опять будете бросать себе вызов и говорить: «Я не смогу, это же так сложно».
Вернемся к примеру с вебинаром. Вы провели его и не отпраздновали, потому что корите себя за то, что слайды кривые, звук пропадал, интернет отключался, вы постоянно забывали, что нужно говорить. Что будет на втором вебинаре? История, скорее всего, повторится. Вы будете сомневаться в себе и думать о предстоящих неудачах.
