Miranda Lynn Barnes is a poet, researcher, and educator from the US, now living near Nottingham. Her debut pamphlet, Blue Dot Aubade, was published with V. Press in 2020.Formulations, a collaborative chapbook of poems and newly created poetic forms based in chemistry, was published in March 2022 with Small Press, and is co-authored with chemist and poet Stephen Paul Wren. Miranda taught creative writing for five years at Bath Spa University while undertaking her PhD. Maria Taylor is a British Cypriot poet and reviewer. Her latest collection is Dressing for the Afterlife (Nine Arches Press). Her debut collection of poetry, Melanchrini, was published by Nine Arches Press in 2012 and shortlisted for the Michael Murphy Memorial Prize. Maria has been published widely, including poems and reviews in The Guardian, Magma and The Times Literary Supplement. Maria has been highly commended in the UK Forward Prizes for poetry, she also works as reviews editor for Under the Radar and is a lecturer in Creative Writing at DMU. She tweets at @MariaTaylor_

Kathleen Bell grew up on the ninth floor of a well-designed council block with “the best views in London” but for the past thirty years has made her home in Nottingham.
Kathy has won first prize in the Nottingham Poetry Competition (judged by Liz Berry), second prize in the Brittle Star Competition (judged by George Szirtes) as well as being longlisted in the National Poetry and Mslexia competitions and commended elsewhere.
She co-edited the fundraising anthology Over Land, Over Sea: poems for those seeking refuge (Five Leaves, 2015).
