Receiving and Relationships
Reflecting today on my life and my capacity to find the joy in my life and my ability to receive. How it's growing and the impact that it’s having on my life. How do you receive love in your life? How do you give love? These are good questions to check in and ask yourself. Often how we receive it vs how it's given can often been opposing sides and we become blind to the love that is all around us and trying to enter into our field. Hosted on...

Nervous system observations
As I start a new relationship I’ve been doing some self reflection on my nervous system and the training from my life experiences, and how I used act in partnerships, but so much of it wasn't actually healthy, it was reactive. I now have the chance to rest and explore a relationship from an empowered perspective. I also reflect on how important it is to keep curiosity alive in my interactions with my partner, my friends and family members. We so easily our people in boxes, but that does a disservice to both of us.

Boundaries and Self Reflection
This episode is very reflective, as I head into the dating territory again. I’m still in the middle of processing my experience, so is there loads of clarity? No :) But it really got me thinking about boundaries and hard lines we choose, and questioning do they serve me, or hinder me? Are they hard boundaries or flexible? Were they inspired by fear and do they exist as a defence/protection mechanism and this might need to be reassessed, or are they there because I'm clear that going past that line le...

Choices
Choices. We make them every moment of the day, but some times, being conscious of them involves unravelling some of our social conditioning and my journey of delving into learning about the impact of peri-menopause on our brain is rather eye opening to how our brain influences female behaviours.I mention some music I've been listing to lately its an album called "Manifesting Through Movement" by Groove Muse AIAnd the book I'm listening to at the moment is called "Age Like a Girl" by Dr Mindy Pelz https://www.drmindypelz.com/
