今年，我们推出了一个全新系列，想和你一起从食物系统、社会人文、意识形态、市场行为这些结构性的视角，重新反思我们和食物之间的关系。通过反思，我们希望找到当前饮食困境的真正症结，以及我们作为个体在其中可能拥有的选择与力量。
第一集，我们选择了两个关键概念作为切入点：
食物认同（Food Identity） 和 食物环境（Food Environment）
我们会讨论：
什么是“食物认同”，它如何影响了我们每个人对食物的感受？
为什么我们经常不知道自己想吃什么？这种迷失感背后的真正原因是什么？
