從剪輯開始踏入影像工作的Howard，不僅曾共同打造「台北世大運 Taipei In Motion 」宣傳影片，也曾擔任過電影預告片導演以及紀錄片剪接師，在《角頭》系列、《粽邪》、《紅衣小女孩》與《看不見的台灣》中，都能看見其豐富的實務經驗。Howard所執導的紀實節目《群山之島與不去會死的他們》，曾入圍第56、59屆金鐘獎多項提名，並於第59屆金鐘獎奪得《人文紀實節目獎》、《攝影獎》、《聲音設計獎》等多項大獎。

China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism announced the restoration of group tours from Fujian and Shanghai to Taiwan in the near future. Taiwanese authorities, including the Ministry of Transportation and Communications and Mainland Affairs Council, welcomed this move and expressed readiness to ensure safe and high-quality travel through cross-strait cooperation mechanisms.
Taitung County Magistrate Rao Ching-ling plans to introduce in-depth travel packages, encouraging at least a two-night stay to showcase Taitung's natural beauty and cultural richness. Meanwhile, Hualien County Magistrate Hsu Chen-wei called for expedited cross-strait tourism discussions, anticipating the influx of Fujian and Shanghai visitors to revitalize local tourism.
Professor Huang Cheng-tsung of Providence University estimated that the number of Chinese tourists visiting Taiwan could reach 800,000 by 2025 if policies are effectively implemented, signaling a positive step toward normalizing cross-strait exchanges.
