やっこはYouTubeのガイド付きメディテーションにはまり、ちーちゃんはお気に入りの「Calm」アプリを使いガイド付きと自由セッションの両方で取り組みました。忙しいスケジュールの中で時間を見つけるという現実のハードルがあるにもかかわらず、終わってみれば2人はメディテーションの達人になったかのような気分になりました、笑。
やっこは、特に日本の多忙な時期にもかかわらず、より良く眠れるようになり、落ち着くことができたのではと感じています。その一方でちーちゃんは、精神的にクリアになれたり、創造性が向上したことに気付きました。
