Von Konstanz aus, ist es viel bequemer mit der Fähre nach Meersburg, an das nördliche Ufer des Bodensees zu fahren. Auch ohne Auto kann man über den See schippern. Während einem Kurztrip an das schwäbische Meer im Oktober 2018 bin mit der Fähre gefahren und habe ein paar Höreindrücke von der Überfahrt gesammelt.
