Depersonalisation und Derealisation – zwei Begriffe, die für viele etwas Abstraktes bleiben. Für Betroffene dagegen beschreiben sie einen Zustand, der tief verunsichern, entfremden und verstummen lassen kann. In dieser Folge versuche ich, das Unfassbare in Worte zu fassen. Aus eigener Erfahrung – denn ich selbst war über längere Zeit von DP/DR betroffen. Ich spreche darüber, wie es sich anfühlt, wenn die Verbindung zu sich selbst und zur Welt verloren geht. Wenn Gedanken nicht mehr wie die eigenen wirken, der Körper fremd erscheint und das Leben durch eine Art Schleier wahrgenommen wird.
