Approximately 52% of those surveyed reported that they were experiencing burnout, an increase from the 43% found in a pre-covid-19 survey. 53% of millennials felt that they were experiencing burnout prior to the pandemic, with 59% reporting that they were experiencing burnout at the time of the survey.
