Het Cynefin-framework, ontwikkeld door Dave Snowden, is een besluitvormingsmodel dat een bruikbaar raamwerk biedt voor het begrijpen en navigeren van complexe systemen. Het model verdeelt problemen in vijf domeinen: eenvoudig, ingewikkeld, complex, chaotisch en aporetisch (of verward).
