Er ist Begründer der hypnosystemischen Therapie- und Beratungskonzepte, die er Anfang der 1980er-Jahre entwickelt hat.
Sie kombinieren die Systemisch-konstruktivistischen Konzepte mit der Psycho- und Hypnotherapie (nach Milton H. Erickson).
