元瓅書坊【元瓅玩樂誌】開麥拉，影視播不停EP12__聲畫關係、浪漫醫生金師傅 ｜元瓅書坊「許多人會認為，真正構成電影的是影像的變化，而聲音不過是配角而已。」David Bordwell提出了一般人的偏見，以為聲音充其量是增加影像效果。正是因為我們早就習慣大大小小不同的聲音環繞我們的周遭。但是聲音果真如此簡單嗎？假使去詢問長期習慣聽「戲劇」的人，他們對於聲音的講究可能比一般人更在意聲音的表現。 當聲音伴隨著影像呈現在觀眾的眼前，那麼聲光、影像密切完美的結合，才能塑造一部好作品。 先來與大家談一談關於聲音與畫面間的關係，當影像開始帶入聲音時，觀影效果無益是加分的。畫面除了主角的肢體表現外，同時插入聲音，整個鏡頭將突然鮮活起來，這類外加的聲音，即是畫面外音效。這種效果常常體現在電視劇中，《浪漫醫生金師傅》從第二集起金師傅出場時一段畫外音雖著主角走進鏡頭，音樂旋律是類爵士的表現風格，神秘又慵懶的音樂旋律，也確定金師傅的浪漫與神話性。指明了好醫生或許不是病患想像的專家，而是涵蓋各醫療領域的傑出醫師。 接著金師傅判定直接在急診室進行手術，解剖刀畫下一瞬間，另一段畫外音進入後，整體畫面立體起來，凸顯金師傅的專業，隨著音樂以及迅速判斷下刀縫合的畫面，音樂在手術完成之際，金師傅幾句交代的言語，推動情節之餘也同時塑造了人物性格：應變、專業、技術。相對照的是從大醫院被貶謫到雞不拉屎鳥不生蛋的偏鄉醫院，驕傲的高材生姜東柱，眼見精湛的醫術啞口無言。音樂在此處展現主角無比的魅力。 當音樂從畫面中流瀉而出，這是我們熟知的聲畫同步，不同於畫外音的鏡頭與音樂沒有必然關聯，聲畫同步的音樂就具有敘述的成分，音樂隨著影像流動期間，讓聲音與畫面協調一致。在第八集裡金師傅處理刀傷的病患，不期然闖進局外人鐮刀架在尹書靜的脖子上脅迫金師傅停止手術。當然醫者之道本就不應該放棄病人，犯案者亦圖解決病患的生命，正因為強暴犯簡單取得假釋機會，卻造成難以抹滅的家屬傷痛，處在道德抉擇的兩難，是考驗金師傅的醫德也是人性悲憫下生命取捨。 如果僅僅停在道德的論辯，姜東柱為了確保愛人尹書靜不受傷害極力反對持續手術；尹書靜受挾持心靈必然遭遇創傷，其他醫護人員也在此間飽受驚嚇。在劍拔弩張之際，金師傅建議播放音樂，聲畫同步變就此開始，編導匠心獨運的是播放披頭4的〈Hey Jude！〉： 「嗨，裘德，別做壞事。 Hey Jude, don't make it bad. 唱一首悲傷的歌，讓它變得更好。 Take a sad song and make it better. 記得讓她進入你的心 Remember to let her into your heart,……」 利用蒙太奇手法從聲畫同步到聲畫對位，從手術室到全醫院的躁動，病患奔逃、警察霹靂小組進駐的慢鏡頭，整個畫面與披頭4溫暖的聲音強烈對比，從聲畫統一到聲畫對立形成戲劇張力，醫院的危機不僅在於手術室的威脅，而是擴及全院，此處利用聲畫對位到對立讓兩者的情緒、氣氛、節奏採取悖反不協調的形式，揭示著畫面中人物的焦慮、憤怒與迷惘。一部電視劇單集中運用音樂創聲畫同步、對位、對立到同步，不發一語，畫面從衝突到平靜，引發的心靈悸動與情感經驗，遠遠超越我們慣常閱讀習性，或者也是韓國電視劇成功所在。 犯案者咸勝浩的悲愴：無法理解法律為何不能公平的嚴懲強暴犯，他僅能以威脅的形式強制手術停擺，卻無從解決自我悲哀，披頭4的〈Hey Jude！〉傳遞千萬不要使壞，不如讓這些沈痛的過往讓一首歌帶走。金師傅的浪漫便是一次次在面對醫院的生老病死跨越傷懷，當一切波瀾歸於平靜之時，死生離合才是人生終極的答案。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
