DHV klagt gegen Alleingang der bayerischen Cannabispolitik
https://www.hanf-magazin.com/recht/rechtslage-deutschland/dhv-klagt-gegen-alleingang-der-bayerischen-cannabispolitik/ Seit Inkrafttreten des Cannabisgesetzes (CanG) profitieren Konsumenten bundesweit von mehr Freiheit und Rechtssicherheit – außer in Bayern. Dort wurden Sonderregelungen wie das Cannabisverbot in öffentlichen Parks eingeführt, die nach Ansicht des Deutschen Hanfverbands (DHV) verfassungswidrig sind. Gemeinsam mit Betroffenen reichte der DHV deshalb einen Normenkontrollantrag beim Bayerischen Verwaltungsgerichtshof ein. Besonders betroffen sind Patienten, die Cannabis medizinisch nutzen und durch die Regelung faktisch von öffentlichen Erholungsräumen ausgeschlossen werden. Die Sonderregeln Bayerns untergraben das CanG, fördern soziale Ausgrenzung und behindern die bundesweit angestrebte Entstigmatisierung.
