HB 1 by Rep. Zeringue which provide and appropriation of $45 million to the Insure Louisiana Incentive Program passed the Senate Finance Committee and is headed to the Senate Floor for debate. The Senate Finance Committee stripped the House Floor amendments off of the bill in order to ensure that the legislation has the best chance of being implemented immediately.
