Why am I lifting pink weights?
When you look at the scale and say oh shit, look in the mirror. Then you see why "Oh Shit" doesn't begin to cover it. It's time to uncover what use to be and get back to the old "new" you even if you have to push some pink weights and put on yoga pants.

Don't park so close to the gym, let me do it.
Why do people wait to get the closest parking spot to the gym front door? Would the few extra steps prevent them from exercising? Isn't that why they're there? And why not take a few more steps to put your shopping cart back so it doesn't bang into my car. I'm sick of lazy selfish people who are so consumed with what's best for them that they forgot about little ol' me...and everyone else.

Seasons Change NOT Men
Why can't married women just accept the man they married. Once you say I do she feels the need to begin morphing her man into who she want's him to be. Men aren't designed to accept change or advice and that's the problem for both sides. Women want men to grow and adapt while men are happy knowing they were good enough to land this one. Somethings gotta give!

Showcase Panel III: ROUNDTABLE: Can Changes in Incentives Significantly Address Congressional Dysfunction? - 11-14-2015
2015 National Lawyers ConventionOver the years, and especially recently, it appears as though members of Congress primarily need to avoid offending constituents if they wish to stay in office. There are few rewards for genuine political leadership or the hard-nosed political deals that are oftentimes crucial to good governance. “Passing the buck" to the Executive branch, usually in the form of the Administrative State or even to the Judiciary seems less effective but more prudent. Are the incentives for members of Congress deleterious to its overall function? Is it possible to effectively change them?
