Generation Z or how easy it is to migrate
Purposeful, adaptive, creative, enterprising, focused on their goal, looking for satisfaction in work and study, travel light, unencumbered by the complexes of the past, future-oriented and easily changing locations and destinations.
This is how Generation Z, people born between 1996 and 2009, describe themselves.
Free people who have fun, work, study – all of them with many opportunities, taking decision to change quickly, and the collection of luggage even more.
For the future of Europe and the European Union, migration, or in other words free movement of persons, is a really key factor.
According to the European Commission, between 2.5 and 3 million people legally come to work in the EU every year. Tens of thousands are swapping their hometowns in different countries looking for better education.
Diversity of migration – including opportunities, risks, communities and challenges gathered in 15 minutes in meetings with former, current and future migrants.

Правата на транссексуалните хора в България с адвокат Наташа ДобреваКогато нещо не ни засяга пряко, когато само привидно шепа хора се борят с една дискриминираща система е лесно да забравим за тяхното съществуване и нужди. Транссексуалните хора може да са малцинство, но по никакъв начин техните нужди не са маловажни и борбата за тяхната обществена видимост и легални права всъщност са въпрос на живот и смърт. В този епизод на Лия и Теди гостува една изтъкната и доказала се адвокатка - Наташа Добрева, която представлява транс хора и се бори за правата им в Българския съд и дори в Европейският. Тя ни разказва за проблемите на закона и за липсите на яснота и процеси за това какъв е по-добрият подход за транс хората, които искат да сменят пола си, дали в документи и/или физически.

Наташа Добрева е aдвокат от Софийска адвокатска колегия (2007 г.) със специалност Международно право по права на човека и Право на Европейската конвенция за правата на човека. Представлява жалбоподатели пред Европейския съд по правата на човека в Страсбург (ЕСПЧ), където е спечелила 12 дела. Известни са нейните жалби С.З. с/у България; Я.Т. с/у България; Савиновска и др. с/у Русия. Я.Т. е първото българско дело в ЕСПЧ за защита правата на транссексуален човек. То има за предмет отказ на български съд да признае новия пол на жалбоподателя. Савиновска има за предмет правото на семеен живот на 2 малолетни деца с техния приемен родител, който е транссексуален. През 2012г, адв. Добрева написва първия национален доклад върху съществуващата съдебна практика в България по смяна на пола. Представлявала е 10 транссексуални лица и 1 интересекс човек пред български съдилища, по дела за смяна на пола, всичките приключили успешно. През 2016 г. адв. Добрева основава адвокатско съдружие „Добрева и Бекирска“, базирано в София, на което е управител.
