She also is an Adjunct Lecturer for Field Learning at Columbia's School of Social Work. Dilim was a Grad RA in Washington Square Village (WSV) from 2014-2015 and was also an RA as an undergraduate student at Arizona State University. Dilim graduated from NYU with an MSW from the Silver School of Social Work in May 2015.
