South Africa is facing a crisis of initiation-related deaths, sparking widespread concern. The Chairperson of Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Dr. Zweli Mkhize is calling for initiation deaths to be treated as a crisis of epidemic proportion.
