Previous quantitative research indicated that the influence of background music on cognition varies depending on features or characteristics of music, tasks, and individuals. Although college students have writing tasks frequently in their courses, there is little research on writing with background music. This phenomenological study explored the college students’ experience of listening to music while writing. Five themes revealed the preferred music for writing, contexts and habits, types of writing, conditions for listening, and perceived impact of the music. Google宣布終止免費提供Google相簿無上限的儲存空間，從明年6月1日開始，用戶只剩下15GB的免費儲存空間，而且任何上傳照片所占的容量必須和Google帳戶裡的其他檔案合計。
你會怎麼應對？用到上限15GB就捨棄Google相簿，尋找其他雲端免費空間取代？月付65元買100GB Google儲存空間？購買其他業者雲端付費空間？
三、個資上雲端
針對雲端服務的情形，即涉及「雲端服務提供者」、「雲端服務使用者」與「資料主體」三方間的法律關係，我國個資法並未對此種常見的委外處理業務時，併同將與該業務相關的個資提供給委外單位（雲端服務提供者）的問題加以處理，僅在個資法第4條簡單規定「視同委託單位」，然後在個資法施行細則第8、12條等規定上稍加著墨而已。
看他山之石：在2019年2月荷蘭政府質疑微軟雲端服務隱私性違反GDPR（General Data Protection Regulation，歐盟個人資料保護規則），同年10月歐盟資料保護機關EDPS初步調查也對微軟雲端的GDPR法令遵循提出質疑，微軟隨後即更新全球企業雲端服務條款，提高透明度，讓外界瞭解微其微軟雲端的資料處理行為。
回頭看台灣的個資法：假設律師L使用微軟的OneDrive存放其客戶A的資料，恰好Ａ的資料包括案件卷宗電子檔因OneDrive遭駭而被竊取，則依照個資法第4條、個資法施行細則第8、12條等規定，究竟是Ｌ或微軟該負個資外洩的責任？
四、數位遺產的現在與未來
其實各種社群網站或APP的所有隱私權聲明、政策或條款，與數位財產最直接相關的一條是：用戶（即網路帳戶使用人）僅對帳號擁有使用權，帳號所有權仍歸社群平台公司所有。
「數位遺產」首當其衝的爭議問題就是：帳號裡面的財產或電磁紀錄等內容，法律上的評價或定性為何？當用戶死亡後，誰應該或可以如何處置儲存在帳號裡的「數位遺產」始為妥當？也就是：如何在虛擬的數位空間中，維護帳戶所有人的隱私與資訊保護，並兼顧數位遺產的保障。
就此，不僅網路服務提供者須有「數位遺產」造成各種社會或法律問題的因應之道，政府也應該要有相關的立法規範。
