23 University of Oxford PhD student in Statistical Machine Learning, Mr. Alan Chau @ FiresideInterviewer: Wendy Chong, Lawrence Ng, Caton Kwok, Chu Cheuk Hei採訪者:蔣沛芸、吳業澧、郭峰瑜、朱卓熹您認為SPCC和Oxford在校園生活,同學間的關係以及其他的方面,有什麼不同呢?中學和大學的分別在於大學是自由很多的,選擇讀不讀書是你自己的事。除非你是想走學術那條路,一級榮耀畢業並不是那麼重要。很多大公司寧願你多點工作經驗好過你考個全級第一。中學就不一樣了--香港的中學就是很辛苦的,他們會想讓你爬得越高越好,讀好書,不要想那麼多。上到大學就已經沒有人叫你死讀書,教授也不會多理你,不會像中學老師一樣有心思去督促你們,因為學到多少是你們的,教授也沒辦法把知識塞給你們。SPCC是一個很好的溫室,大家的家境都不會差到哪裡去,一起去玩。但是上到大學之後,你會遇到很多很不同的人,學校就是個迷你的社會。你會發現聖保羅裡有多少跟你思維差不多的人。但是上到大學之後,每個人有不同的背景,有的可能家境不是那麼好,很努力地讀書;有的可能家境很好,懶著的。上到大學最主要是要找到你自己的定位,自己的朋友。除了大學的自由、多元化,牛津作為一間很厲害的大學,你認為那裡氣氛是較為隨和還是競爭激烈?其實兩件事都有同時發生。有時為了走到更高的位置,與其合作---其實競爭也是一種合作。比如可能有讀書群組,大家都很激烈地討論,很會有些火花。牛津這裡的人有種學術性;我們每個人會對某些事情很執著,也就是每個人都有自己奇怪的點。你說合作點、競爭點,已經不像中學不給你抄我的筆記一樣;而是找工作,找聯係。如果沒有利益衝突,我們通常都會合作,因為大家都會多了個認識的人。您原本是修數據與統計學,是博士的時候才轉去讀人工智能。人工智能是您小時候就有的興趣還是您上了大學才慢慢感興的?人工智能這個字我是大學才聽過。我高中的時候,我的理想是讀醫。這不需要講了,這是香港人共同的夢想,大家都想讀醫、讀法律。但是為什麼我們會有這個夢想呢?是我們想救人,還是社會給我們的一個規範,讀得好書就要去讀醫、讀法律?我選數學是因為我數學很好,就很自然去讀。我也很喜歡數學,喜歡那種公正,邏輯。數學就是以邏輯推論,是有個一定的答案的,不像哲學很多時候沒答案,大家相信不同的東西就有不同的理論。數學就是在不安穩的世界裡的安穩,因此很舒服。而選機器學習就因為它能找到工作。以前的人認為讀了數學你不去做數學老師,就是去做大學教授。可是在現今,這已是一個錯的觀念,因為很多地方都是需要數學的。很多科目,例如社會科學,經濟學,醫學等都會用很多統計。所以,我喜歡人工智能是因為我見到它的實用價值,也見到它的美。有什麼驅使您改變了您讀醫學的計畫?所有人的思考都限制於自己知道什麼。我小時候我知道的就是,聰明的孩子就要讀醫,我的選擇在我面前只有醫學和法律;而我英文不是特別好,所以選擇讀醫,是一個很自然的選擇。但是,其實世界更大,不是只限於香港。上到大學你自然會知道的了,但是問題就是你們還沒上大學,你們也沒有這些知識做選擇。去了英國之後,發現這裡的人不太注重讀書,他們更重視知識。這裡沒香港那麼多科;但是正正因為沒有這麼多科要顧及,我每一科都能花相應的時間去真正理解當中的知識。就好像數學,我可以慢慢地咀嚼,研究為什麼他們要出這樣一條問題。從中我就發覺,我讀書不是為了複製老師叫過我去做的事,不是做個齒輪,去得到一樣的答案;而是是要思考。所以您是否應為中四去了英國讀書,才見識到除了醫科,其他地方發展都有不少機會?嗯,是這麼說,但是我也不會完全說是去英國的好。留在香港的人也會自在自然然地來到這個點。對我來講去英國是離鄉別井,一個人去到陌生的環境;家人很遠,又不常打電話;住的地方網絡很差,想打電動遊戲都不行。那種情況下自然讓你思考更多。你有一個不同的環境,沒有事可做,那你可以想什麼?想自己。那你想著想著就會想得出來。在劍橋和牛津之間,您是如何選擇的呢?當年你報劍橋,除了要考A level,六七月還要多考一次試,他們才會告訴你進不進得了。但是,牛津只要在十月的時候考一次試,做個面試;如果那時拿到了學位,那我只要達到應有的成績,就一定進得了。但劍橋就是除了考基本的A level,之後還要考一個他們很難的一個STEPS數學試。所以對我來講,衡量了兩間的進讀方法,既然兩間都是高尚學府,肯定是選更容易的那個。您如果能再選一次,會到英國升學,還是會回來香港或去美國呢?應該不會想回香港了,因為香港會訓練出不同的人出來,不評論好不好但是會跟我們想象中的不一樣。美國那邊就很不同,那邊大學的制度就是,你說你讀數學,但是可以去上法律的課堂。我有個讀數學的朋友,他法律還比數學懂得更多。但我這個人更適合專才,寧願有一技之長。通才不是問題,但我的看法是你要先成為一個專才,才慢慢變為通才。您以一級榮譽畢業,現在讀了博士,將來會不會向研究、學界那方面發展呢?我未必會。有些人很有趣,認為讀了博士之後就一定在學界方面,然而現在社會中未必如此。例如,人工智能這科的實用性很大。你拿部手機出來,裡面的工程式都是我們想出來的;但是這一科的難度,就需要讀博士的訓練,需要很多反思和研究,精挑細琢。學界對我來說是很舒服的。我不排除我四十歲時去做個教授,但我現在想出來社會看看世界。那您是不是想走一個更有創意的路線?我是比較喜歡做對我來說有些意義的東西;去解決一些好玩,困難,或者只有很少數人能解決的問題。例如,我當時幫我的朋友做了一個諮詢的項目,用我的知識幫他做了個機器學習人工智能的東西。您的履歷上有項叫「快速閱讀」的東西。那是什麼?您當時是怎樣學的?與其說我學「快速閱讀」,我學的是「快速學習」。你會發現從小到大你一直在讀書。可是,有沒有人教過你怎樣讀書?有沒有人教過你怎樣思考,用什麼框架去學習?很多人都在摸索這件事。「快速學習」就是去學怎樣去學東西,加快你人生很多的部分。比如說抄筆記和寫筆記,其實是很不同的東西。我會把課堂的內容從頭到尾重整出來;只有這樣自己寫一次出來,才能模仿教授寫教材的心態。有什麼位子要注意,不同知識之間的邏輯聯係,寫一次才能明白。「快速學習」的小技巧包括怎樣將概念簡單地圖像化、怎樣將新舊概念聯繫起來,以便記起、怎樣透過寫教材、教別人去深化自己的理解等。這些聽起來好像很普通,但在現實生活裡又有多少人真的這樣做呢?學習怎麼學習是我成功之路。也留意到您有考一個沖泡咖啡的試。您為什麼對沖咖啡有興趣?在疫情之下要找個興趣,不可二十四小時都在工作。你越老就會開始想:我花這麼多時間讀書又沒有意思呢?假若你是個讀書很好的人,你不讀書又有什麼做呢?你也要有自己的生活。對我來說,我的生活就是做一些我覺得有趣的事。興趣每個人都不同,但我很喜歡完善我的興趣。沖咖啡有趣的是其事咖啡是一名很深的學問。你沖手沖咖啡不用說器具會有影響,濾紙、水溫、水質、咖啡豆磨的多細等不同的因數,你轉一點就會有飲得出的分別。自己作為一個博士這樣說有點諷刺,但我覺得要找個平衡。掌握知識固然重要,但你中間認識的人,發展了的社交技能,往往比你讀書更重要。您其中一個興趣是象棋。有必勝的機器的情況之下,您會不會覺得人做不完美就沒了意義?重點是過程,不是結果。唱歌也是;我唱歌某情度上沒有創作過任何東西。從結果來看,做這些事是沒有意義,但做的過程當中令人愉悅。象棋重點不在於贏,而是在於思考的過程,還有於對方的隔空對話。您說過您喜歡完善您的興趣,您覺得您是個完美主義者嗎?我未必是個完美主義者,因為如果我是個完美主義我都幾失敗。我距離心中的完美很遠,而完美這字是很傻的。世間沒有完美,因為一定有辦法可以進步。我會說我是個進步主義者...因字數限制請在此閲讀完整文本:https://bit.ly/3xsj25J編輯:周先翼Editor: Zoey Zhou

Chyau Fwu Properties Financial Controller Mr. Ma @ Fireside訪問者:蔣沛芸,周先翼Interviewer: Wendy Chong, Zoey Zhou您青年時家境清貧,但通過自身努力考取會計師牌,並進修了科大MBA課程。聽説當年您爲了節省書費而在圖書館閲讀整日,可以分享一下當日的心境嗎?我們年輕人現在學習資源豐富,更應該向您學習。哦,好啊。首先我現在也很年輕,不是當年年輕。那時候沒錢買書,我不知道你們試沒試過這些情況。因為我考會計師那時候是已經在工作,我是19歲出去工作,要自己湊錢供自己讀書,要去報考會計的考試,包括考會計師。都很貴的,考試費要錢、買書讀要錢,不用想著去上課了,因為你已經沒錢上課。我不知道你們現在對錢的概念是什麼樣。那時候我一開始出來工作19歲,第一份工作工資是一千四百五十元一個月。我記得那時候如果你買本書去考會計師的一科——我們有很多科,有十幾科要考——一科我想那本textbook大概三百多塊。那如果你一年要考四五科的話,你那個月工資就只可以用來買書,你就不用吃飯了。那不可能了,我們要吃飯要搭車,那就不能買書了。那不能買書怎麼辦呢?那我不知道你們現在有沒有為(遇到?)這種情況預備過,就是,你要考試,但是你沒錢買書。不要說沒錢上課了,有沒有錢上課——不用想了,一定沒有。沒有錢去讀書,只能買書回來讀,但是你連買本書都沒有錢。那可以怎樣呢?那我們那時候唯有影印,去借本書回來影印。那但是當你身邊的同學都好像你一樣這麼窮,那可能連借本書都借不到,因為沒人有錢買第一本。那就很辛苦,大部分我們都找到方法影印,那有些書就真是——我記得——圖書館這個東西我常常拿來講。因為有一科是比較難的,要買三本書。三本書加起來我想要一千多塊錢,那沒有人會有那本書,大家都找不到。最後我是在 (Holly) [3:34]? 圖書館找到了。Holly Reserve Library?。Reserve Library 是什麼概念呢,我不知道現在還有沒有,就是那本書不讓你借走,不只是不能借走離開圖書館,是不能借走離開Reserve那個area。Reserve的area講的是圖書館的一個corner,你連離開那個corner都不行。那些書大部分都像字典一樣,人們進去是去查一查,check 一 check就要走了。那他讓你每天可以在reserve 那裡借四個小時,也不能離開reserve的area。也就是說你不能拿本書借出圖書館影印。那有什麼方法呢?就唯有每天用四個小時在library看那本書。那就是每天要去看四個小時,也不能take notes,什麼都不行,因為你那個時間四個小時你只可以看,再去take notes已經沒時間。因為那三本書加起來我想有一尺厚,可能你只有兩個月的時間,每天進去看四個小時,接著就要去考試了。好在我那科還是及格的。我不知道這些事對你們來講是天方夜譚,還是想都沒想過會發生的事,還是現在的孩子是怎樣我也不知道。但那時候我們真會發生這樣的事。甚至reserve library是沒桌子沒凳子的。我是坐在地上,把書放在大腿上,這樣看了幾個月。我現在經常跟小朋友講,你們有書、有人教,就真的要認真讀書。講完。據我所知,您沒有大學文憑,但您給我的感覺是人的後天的自我學習的能力其實更重要。是啊是啊。我們那個年紀全香港只有兩間大學,只有港大和中大。讀完中五,那時候我們還要讀了預科才可以考大學。其實中五入預科已經很困難,預科再進大學就更加困難。如果是普通學校——就不要講名校了——我想一班預科生三四十人是有一個人能進大學,平均來講。你想象一下,入預科的比例大概是——有五班六班的中五,一半文科一半理科,去到中六只剩兩班,可能是一班文科一班理科,就已經有五分之三或者一半的人被人foul了。就是中五升中六那時候。中六升大學,一班只有一個人進得了——這是一般學校的情況。其實一班有一個人進大學就已經很不錯了,那間學校很okay的了,已經是比較出名的中學了。那如果是不出名的中學一個都進不了大學。我那時候讀中學一向成績都很差,我可以用很差來形容。每年我的目標——不要留級,就已經達到我的目標了。很幸運,我中一到中五都沒留過級。我這個人很討厭走回頭路,什麼都好千萬不可以回頭,不可以退後。去到中五那時候,一直都沒留級但是這麼多年,中一至中五,我有一樣東西是沒試過的,除了留級之外。我就是沒試過每一科都及格,我總是有一些不及格。【笑】就...成績很差啦,那去到中五,我記得那時候講的是1981年,進不了自己學校的預科,進不了中六中七的預科,就去找其他學校。找其他學校都進不了,你現在可能不知道,當時預科有兩種,一種是正常讀中六加上中七,考港大的A level入學試,叫 A level。另一種就是只讀中六,就可以考中大的入學試,叫 high level。讀完中六中七,考A level,你可以報港大或者中大。但是如果你只是讀中六,考完high level,只可以報中大,不能報港大。所以成績好一點的同學就通常會讀A level的中六中七。成績沒那麼好的同學就只可以報high level的中六去考中大,那時候中大是讀四年,港大是讀三年,所以ultimately你是一樣的畢業時間,但是就分了兩批不同的同學了。那時候我連讀A level的中六我都沒有資格就去讀high level的中六,也就是考中大。考完也進不了中大,因為那時我記得全班四十人只有一個進了中大。而我記得我上課的時候老師叫我們不要讀了,你們進的幾率很小,不要這樣浪費著一年了。你要麼全心全意,什麼都不要理——因為當時上一年學只有九個月,九月上課去到明年的三四月考試,其實那時候很辛苦。怎麼辛苦呢,我們第一已經不是一班很聰明的小朋友,成績很普通,第二那是我們讀英文學校,中文很差。但是你讀A level考港大其實可以不考中文,中文可以忘記了它,不及格都無所謂。但是你讀high level,因為要進中大,你中文一定要及格。那就慘了。我們那時候已經成績很差,還要用九個月的時間來考中大high level的中文科。中大的中文科包括了中四中五的中文科和中六有些加進去的課文的中文科,加上中四中五的中國文學。那奇怪了我們大部分同學沒有讀過中國文學,也就是說在九個月的時間內,你除了要溫習中四中五的中文,你要學中六中文的課文,再加上中四中五你沒讀過的中國文學的課文。那就很痛苦的,我們中文已經很慘,再讀成一百課課文,有七十課我沒讀過。那時候如果你不及格你進不了中大。科科拿A都沒有用,如果你中文不及格。我們那時候背書,天天拿著本中文書背,沒辦法。中六那時候我讀完還是進不了中大,其實我可以repeat再讀一次中六,但是我剛才講過我這個人最不喜歡走回頭路,所以我進了TI。那時候的TI也就是現在的IVE,我們那時叫()學院?(13:16)。我那時是讀account,讀兩年,我們叫diploma。讀完之後我十九歲,還不夠二十歲我就出去工作。就是這樣。就是上full-time學就上到十九歲。你們很多都差不多十九歲我想。{Wendy:我們十五歲,不過都差不多}【笑】差不多啦。您的經驗告訴我們,大學文憑固然重要,但即使沒有,也可以靠後天業餘時間的不斷進修來彌補,也可以成功。這對我們學習成績未如理想,未必能考入大學的青年人有一定的啓發,您有什麽鼓勵的嗎?其實我覺得現在的讀書環境比以前好很多很多倍,機會已經擺在大家面前,現在差的就是大家的努力,還有肯不肯讀。就算你現在考不進大學,也不代表你人生玩完了,只不過是你人生的很小一部分,還有很長一段路給大家走。之後也有很多方面可以去努力,可以再爭取之後的成就,不用這麼不開心,覺得是這麼大一件事。就是這樣。但是我覺得最終是要努力的,這是很重要的。但是努力是不是一定要現在進得了大學——我覺得現在年輕人最大的問題反而是,很多朋友進了大學,讀完大學之後就覺得“我已經讀完書了,我已經知道所有我要知道的東西了”,結果出來之後什麼都不知道。這是我覺得現在的年輕人最大的問題。我們以前出去工作,我每一年都是正在讀書的,就是讀到年紀很大,一邊工作一邊讀書,因為我們那時候永遠都覺得自己知道的東西不夠,不停地找東西讀,出去工作一直找東西學,每一天都上學——每一天的意思是你出去工作到二十幾三十歲你都不斷找東西學。我們那時候的風氣是這樣的。我自己就要麼上學,要麼多做一份工作,我很少下班回家就完了,就是我永遠都不會這樣,要麼下班去上學,要麼下班去做另一份工作。那時候我們老是覺得自己不夠,材料不夠。但是現在我回顧我年輕一些的同事很少會這樣,通常的模式就是大學畢業,然後就工作,上班下班就work-life balance很開心地去enjoy自己想enjoy的東西。接著過兩年就投訴為什麼買不到樓。【笑】那就覺得自己已經fulfill完自己的責任,為什麼...因字數限制請按此閲讀完整文本:https://bit.ly/3Oz3JSA編輯:周先翼Editor: Zoey Zhou

07 北大畢業生、某基金公司市場部總監范先生
Graduate of Peking University and Marketing Director of a fund company, Mr. Fan @ Fireside采訪者:蔣沛芸,周先翼Interviewer: Wendy Chong, Zoey Zhou您在中國北大畢業,又在香港工作了很多年,現在主要面對美國投資,眼界一定很開闊。請問您當初爲何會進入金融界?是因爲機緣巧合還是一開始就目標明確呢?我覺得可能一開始就有比較明確的目標吧。因爲在我們那個年代,首先我出生和長大是在大陸接受的教育,我們那個年代中國剛剛改革開放沒多久,我上初中的時候是八十年代末,我上高中的時候是九十年代初,所以那時大家都有很强烈的願望,要改變生活狀況,然後有一份好的工作,好的收入,可以過上更好的生活。如果是這樣一個目標的話,那基本上就是按照當時可以看到的最景氣的或最有前景的行業去選擇專業。所以很坦率地講,當時那個大的環境下對專業的選擇是,目標是很世俗的,不是說追求什麽理想,像小孩子,我想做宇航員、科學家、教師啊,那是比較理想化的追求。到了高中準備考大學的時候,或準備考碩士時,就已有較明確的目標。舉個例子,比如説當時我讀本科的時候,專業實際上跟貿易有關,因爲那時中國剛剛改革開放,最火的行業就是外貿。本科讀完了以後,我決定接著讀碩士,就選擇了金融,因爲當時覺得金融最有前景,所以第一,確實是有目標,第二目標最根本的動力比較務實,就是想有一份好的工作改變生活狀況。請問中金是您的第一份工作嗎?對,那是我的第一份工作。當時也是那個有點機緣巧合,因爲其實我在北大最後兩年,本來是想出國讀博士的,也考了GRE,也在申請學校,然後所有的申請都提交了以後,學校才進入招聘的季節,所以那個時候剛好也沒什麽事,該做的工作都做完了,然後畢業論文也寫的差不多了,就去招聘。然後當時其實對我們學經濟學金融的學生來講,大家最趨之若鶩的兩個方向,一個是consulting firm,像Mackenzie, Ben這種。還有一個方向就是investment bank。但是當時在中國ibank中金就是最好的選擇了,因爲當時中金是跟Morgan Stanley的JB的合資公司。而在我畢業那年,也就是99年底那個時候,真正的大的投行,像Goldman或者Morgan,他們還沒有直接去内地招學生,所以當時CSCC就是一個最好的選擇,所以大家都去試,然後我也去試了。我試了幾個consulting firm都沒有下文,沒有進入後面幾個面試,但是在中金卻一輪又一輪從筆試到面試,最後到offer, 然後有了這個機會我就加入中金了。您隨後多年也面試了很多年輕人,能不能分享一些比如説面試經驗,或者您在面試和求職素質這些方面有什麽建議嗎?面試我覺得是這樣,首先一點就是你要be yourself。你要做自己,千萬不要去想我該怎麽做,該怎麽表現才能投其所好,才能讓面試官喜歡。根據面試官所喜歡的方向來打造自己,這個是不對的。因爲有經驗的面試官都能夠看出來你到底是一個很真誠的表現,還是説你在刻意地扮演什麽角色。如果是你在刻意地扮演的話,你都不是真實的自己,所以通常是不會選擇你。還是要做真實的自己,然後把自己真實地展現出來。當然在真實的前提下,你可以有一些面試的技巧,比如説該怎麽回答問題,然後該怎麽把自己所謂的亮點更好地,更有效地傳達給對方,這些方面是有技巧的。比如説如果面試官問你一個問題,你最好不要直接回答“是”或者“不是”,然後就沒有下文了,這個對話就進行不下去了。當你說“是”或者“不是”的時候,最好再跟一些進一步的闡述,然後最好還跟一些例子,在生活中或者在學習中,我有過類似的經驗,我當時面對這個問題的時候,我是這樣處理的,後來事實證明了我這樣做是對的或者不對的,然後我有什麽體會,在這個過程中體現了我個人的什麽特點。把它講得有血有肉一點會更好。然後最後當然就是,雖然説你要be yourself,真誠地展現自己,但是你的功課是要做的。你要研究一下對方是個什麽樣的公司, 這個公司做什麽的,然後你申請這個職位有什麽要求,然後你爲什麽覺得這個職位適合你,你爲什麽覺得這個職位一方面可以幫助你發揮你的又是,另外一方面你爲什麽覺得你可以在這個職位上對公司有貢獻有幫助,這樣的話對話就落到實處了,而不是空對空的,説我工作很努力,我很好學,然後我很樂於助人,這些都是很好的,但是都是很general 的一些statement,但如果你能把它落到實處,就是說我如何可以在這個職位上幫到公司,以及在這個職位上我可以怎麽樣繼續成長,就會比較更容易打動對方。您當初其實在著名的中金公司投資銀行做了十幾年,然後之後又去到UBS和基金公司來工作,那麽請問當年工作轉型的時候,你是怎麽樣做出這些抉擇的?等於其實你是挑出了一個舒適圈,然後再去挑戰另一個行業。您可以分享一下當時的心路歷程,就好像會不會害怕,然後又如何面對恐懼的呢?我覺得這是一個非常好的問題。一個人在職業發展的過程中肯定會遇到一些類似這樣的機會,就是說你到底是沿著既有的熟悉的路徑發展下去,還是說你要做一些路徑上的轉換,嘗試一些新的領域,我覺得幾乎所有人,或者説大部分人都會有遇到這樣一個機遇和抉擇。這個時候一般有兩個問題,第一,要不要換?爲什麽要換?換或者不換有沒有各自的好處和壞處?第二,如果換的話,會有那些挑戰,然後該怎麽應對?在我自己的情況而言的話,我當時決定轉換,其實最主要是兩個原因,第一就是我在投資銀行,投資銀行我們叫sell side,就是賣方,然後客戶那邊基金管理公司叫buy side叫買方。我在sell side已經做了14年,然後再自己所做的領域當然很熟悉了,但是反過來講也就沒有帶大的學習的空間或者進步的空間了。工作逐漸變成這種日復一日的routine,就例行公事。當然很舒服,也很輕鬆,因爲你做的事情你都很熟悉,客戶也很熟悉,市場也很熟悉,工作内容也很熟悉,所以沒有太多的壓力。但是與此同時也沒有太多的發展的空間。然後我覺得buy side,就是做買方,應該是有更好的空間,因爲我們面對的機會是幫助境外的機構投資者投資中國的股票市場,具體的業務實際上有很大的發展空間。因爲之前你們可能也知道,中國的A股市場是沒有想境外機構投資者開放的,只有QFII RQFII這麽一個渠道。所以很多年以來,外國投資者對中國的資產配置都是很低的。但是隨著中國的經濟的不斷地發展,中國已經成爲了世界上第二大經濟體,然後中國的資本市場也成為中國全世界第二大的資本市場。這個對於中國的實際的經濟地位而言的話,境外機構投資者對中國的配置是非常低的,調整早晚是要做到位的,就是説境外機構投資者對中國市場的配置的增加是一個非常肯定的事件。我們如果有很好的業績,很好的管理團隊,在這個趨勢中實際上是有很好的這個業務機會。所以我當時覺得第一個考量是這個opportunity,這個機會本身是順應潮流的,是一個很好的機會。第二個考量具體這個公司適不適合我,我覺得答案也是適合我的,因爲這個公司的創始人就是當年找我進中金我的第一個supervisor,我的第一個老闆,然後他在中金工作了一段時間後,他自己就離開了中金,然後創業成立公司,然後幾年下來這公司發展的也不錯,現在他想叫我rejoin他,然後一起跟公司發展。所以這就是兩個問題,答案都是yes。首先這是本身是個很好的opportunity,整個行業趨勢都是有利的。其次具體到這個公司,公司的人也比較熟悉,都認識很多年了,所以我就決定做轉變,但是決定歸決定,轉變下來還是有很多的挑戰,就像你説的跳出了自己的舒適圈以後,很多事情要重新來過,包括投資者這個群體的拓展,然後投資者關係的建立,以及怎麽樣通過認識這些人,加强溝通,建立信任,然後讓他們能夠有足夠的信心,補簽頭給我摩恩,讓我們幫他們管理。整個過程實際上是一個很長的過程,最快也要一年,然後兩三年才能夠落實一個訂單也是常有的事。所以在這個過程中你就必須要實現自己工作方法上和心態上的轉變。就是説第一,工作還是要繼續的,有條不紊地展開。第二就是不可以着急,因爲這種事情你急也急不得,着急也沒有用,所以最好的辦法是儘量的廣種薄收,把關係網鋪開,然後逐漸的去跟客戶加强認識,加强溝通,讓他們更好地瞭解我們。然後等到市場的時機成熟的時候,再push他們,把錢投進來。所以所謂的轉型也經歷了一段時間,我覺得最少有兩三年的時間都是在轉型期,所以這個是不容易的。但如果你轉型成功的話,reward也是很大的,因爲你進入了一個新領域,然後又可以有新的發展的空間,所以對職業生涯的進一步的發展是很好的。...因字數限制請在這裏閲讀完整文本:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1g84k29EEOtYXHS6hLgdnsEfgQ2lkdq2r/view?usp=sharing編輯:黃嘉玥
