迪谈盖论EP14/ 我们完赛啦！聊聊这次铁三赛的收获和遗憾Hello～我们终于更新了，因为上周末的比赛这次录播客推迟了两天（对我们都是现炒没有预制菜…）。趁着比赛的余味还在，赶紧跟大家唠唠这次参加鱼梁洲铁人三项赛的经历。 总的来说，这次比赛我们俩都还是有蛮大的遗憾的，Guide因为对水温低的情况预(zi)估(wo)不(peng)足(zhang），从游泳环节就乱了节奏，导致后面的连锁反应，最终险些没有破三，收获PW (个人最差成绩）；作为首铁，Eddy的参赛过程其实挺顺利的，但却因为过于保守的比赛策略而与站台擦肩而过（意难平啊555555）。但其实不管是遗憾还是惋惜，两个人能一起完赛已经很棒了，Guide骑车的照片还被公众号选用了。一场比赛我就一张骑车照，他有50几张，大家评评理！同一天在尚湖原本也会有铁三赛，党旗老师也去了，但由于雷暴雨的影响，比赛当天早上宣布熔断，非常可惜。举办铁三比赛真的不容易，天气、水域、车道都有要求。感谢主办方的努力，能让铁三爱好者有赛可比。和其他运动不同，如果没有比赛，铁人三项爱好者其实是很难自己完成一个完整的换项体验的。我们是Guide和Eddy，两个铁三爱好者，希望能有更多朋友因为我们的分享对铁三感兴趣，因为这是一项充满魅力的运动！
