David became the first person in Maryland's legal history to be charged under it's newly enacted Maryland's Fetal Law. This episode's unsolved homicide profiles the shooting death of transgender Alphonza Watson who was fatally shot in the 2400 block of Guilford Road near Charles Village on March 22, 2017.
