Qian 分享了几个实用的选择策略：比如通过设定“个人阈值”来减少决策负担，如何用一些数学法则做好重要的人生决定。她还谈到自己如何有效对抗手机成瘾、设定信息摄取边界，在不“断网”的同时保护生活节奏。节目后半段中，她分享了自己如何抵御当前国际新闻对她产生的负面影响。

寻找支持，和朋友或家人分享你的感受；
保持狗狗的记忆，可以制作相册或画作，来怀念它们的美好时光；
给自己时间，不要急于走出悲伤。
在面对狗狗离世这个难关时，心中的爱和记忆会成为我们继续前行的力量。通过这些方式，我们不仅能铭记曾经的美好，还能找到新的生活方向。
