Al weken schittert dit literaire werk in de Parool top tien van best verkochte boeken. We blikken terug op een bijzonder evenement eerder dit jaar. Atelier Amsterdam was aanwezig in hotel The Grand bij de overhandiging van het 50.000ste exemplaar van de roman aan de burgemeester van Amsterdam, Femke Halsema. Emma Louise Diest sprak met beiden over de grote kracht van dit literaire werk.
