He discussed his 4,200km journey last year with 35,095 meters of climbing riding his bike from Hokkaido down the length of Japan.

We always wondered why the younger children at St.Francis were so conversant compared to the older kids we had in our computer classes. Our routine at St.Francis has always been to say hello to the 4-6-year-olds while they are eating dinner and asking them questions and listening to them. When we would leave they would say "See you next time!" Generally, 6 pm-7 pm is dinner, 7 pm-8 pm is playtime and the bed for them.
