The CPSC and the Ergodyne company are recalling Squids 3705 Wire Tool Attachments – Screw Gate Tool Tail since this product tends to break when tethered to any tool more than 2 lbs in weight leading to bystander injuries.
About 16,570 of these wire tool attachments were sold in the US and about 790 were sold in Canada at iIndustrial and safety product distributors nationwide and online at https://www.ergodyne.com/ and other online sites including Amazon.com.
